Ahhh Truthful you forgot this is Monday morning and everyone is kind of crabby first thing on Mondays. Don't take it personally. I for one do respect your take on the antics of Iraq. I may not agree, or I may hope you are wrong, but for the most part I usually do understand where you are coming from. After all we all struggle with this back and forth and maybe or maybe not articles we read, one thing is for sure it takes all of us to bring forth our opinions to even get close as to what they all might mean. Waiting patiently for the posting in the Gazzette, the 23rd sounds good to me for implementing the budget, I believe the rate is hiding in there somewhere. I have been looking for any sign today, bad or good, to point to tomorrow.

Thursday has always been the most favorite target RV day, I have always believed for a number of reasons. Of course I have always saved some faith for the other 6 days, some more than most, but Thursday is Best.

We are running out of time to have it done before summit, no doubt. And I figured Thursday our last, best shot.

With all the heavy duty decoy smoke screens, and then the bombshell rumors of Maliki's resignation, I have been sitting on pins and needles, holding out and claiming tomorrow Will be the day.

Although I still expect more news this evening, this is the best recollection I could ask for.

Something concrete to hold on to. You the man!
