SCAM!! I think not! We hold LEGAL tender, a currency, there is NOTHING scandalous about that. The only thing that would be a scam about this INVESTMENT would be all the dirtwads out there taking advantage of people! Don't listen to this garbage, just keep in mind that we hold a legal tender and iraq will be international one day (hopefully soon) they need to have a currency worth something if they want to do business with the big boys. What ever happened to the 2012 budget being published in the gazette on the 19th? And why has no one even mentioned this? This was a pretty major thing that we were expecting, of coarse it didn't happen as everything else lately, but this had several articles out about it and everyone was so excited about it. It did not happen and not a word or even a peep about it from anyone, this is very strange to me.

Did they also postpone the budget being published in the Gazette too? It was supposedly being published on the 19th. Strange that nothing or no one has mentioned that!
