DinarThug Thanks, DV, We know that the GOI & Parliament must make real progress and reforms in accordance to the conditions set by the IMF, WB, International Agencies, USA and most importantly before the Iraqi citizens start a revolt and unrest against the GOI & Parliament. The vote to pass the "HCL" would be a good start in a series of other important laws that require voting as well. Lastly, Increase the IQD rate & give the citizens more purchasing power asap!! Yota Thanks, GM DV, It seems the International Community, UN & all other agencies have stepped up the pressure for Baghdad & KRG to solve all outstanding issues asap. Article 140 & Management of Oil meaning the Oil & Gas Law seems to be at the top of the lists. Git er done for all Iraqi citizens and give them their share of the Oil revenue. I do believe we are almost at the finish line for an increase of the IQD IHMO with all of the positive news & progress out of Iraq. Keeping the faith!! GO RV!!

Parliament extended the legislative term for a reason so we focus on the positive that laws & reforms will be implemented and more purchasing power for the citizens. Reminder, The entire International Community, IMF, WB, Bankers, Big Business are behind Iraq because the end results will pay big dividends. DWS112 Thanks, DV, The IMF surely got what they wanted or the loan would not have been released to the GOI / CBI IMHO. We will see what else happens in the next few days ahead in regards to Parliament meeting to vote on remaining technocrats and pass some very important laws. GO "HCL" GO RV!!!!!

DOD, I pray that the Kurds means business about their demands primarily HCL as stated on previous articles provided by Master Yota. It looks like pressure from the IMF to fix the budget and a few laws are 100% necessary in order to get the loans. Let's hope the Oil & Gas Law is part of this urgent scenario. Keeping the faith!! DOD, Agree....I am not a fan of the Barzani's or the Kurds but I do believe they know the time is up before their citizens start mass demonstrations as well. The Barzani's & Kurds know they have been the hold out on the Oil & Gas Law as well as other important issues IMHO. They want to show all Iraqis they are now the saviour so all is forgotten about the corrupt KRG politicians & Greedy Barzani's. So let's hope they stick to the plan and allow all Iraqi citizens to benefit to include an increase in the value of the IQD. We will know sooner than later if the B.S. becomes reality.
