While I think people from both parties will lie through their teeth to be re-elected, I am really tired of hearing the Republicans being portrayed as terrorists and basically as the devil incarnate. It is time for a little political honesty. 1. The Republicans are right to oppose raising the debt ceiling although at this point in time it is a moot point. Our national debt is at a point of irreversible damage. It has been a stroke of genius on the part of the president not to have had a budget although totally unconstitutional. Where there is no budget you simply spend. Any talk about a budget that can 'save 10 billion over 10 years' is only exciting to those who are unaware. Our interest alone would eat up any savings. This president has placed the nation's economy in a state of irreversible damage. With a national debt of over 17 trillion dollars our economy is basically doomed. Call me chicken little if you desire but truth is truth. We will never return from this debt without something major happening. 2. The Republicans are right to oppose the rolling out of Obamacare. It has been a disaster. Only those talking heads who would call bad good and failure success are the only ones who would think that the last week for obamacare was wonderful and that this is good for the country in general. Numerous people with no political axe to grind agree that this 'roll out' has been a total flop. It should have been delayed so the bugs could have been worked out. What was the rush? It is unconstitutional for one group or set of people to be granted waivers while others are not. Here we are dealing with unions and big business verses the average person and small business. If we were dealing with one race of another people would be having a fit. 3. The Democrats have been wrong in their support for the illegals to the state they have been supporting. I do not think anyone is against 'foreigners'. But I think everyone has a right to be upset when 'foreigners' are treated better with more benefits than those who have been a part of this country for generations. No one likes watching people kiss butt. For the sake of votes in the disguise of 'open borders' the Democrats have been pushing a major immigration bill and amnesty for those who are here illegally. It is time the Democrats just be honest with America. 4. The Republicans are right to want voter identification laws. The Democrats have admitted to many times voting more than once which is a felony and voter fraud. ACORN was investigated and repeatedly found guilty of voter fraud. Names of dead and cartoon characters have been used for years. Illegal persons have been used to vote under pseudo-names. I have to show ID to cash a check. I require people to show ID to receive a copy of a police report. I have to show ID basically anywhere I go. Why should I not be required to show ID to vote? I do not buy the excuse that it infringes on the voting rights of the poor. There SHOULD be an ID required for many State aid services to reduce fraud.

If I am reading you right, Glen Beck had nothing to do with this video nor anyone in it.

Watched an interesting video last night called 'the Gang' which dealt with the BATF. I did not know that there were no gun registration until 1968 and that bill was a cut and paste directly from the Nazi gun registration act of the 1930's. This is documented. There were many interesting accounts of the BATF ranging from entrapment to Waco. I wonder how Feinstein and the others of Congress who are Jewish feel about support a bill that has Nazi roots.

Shab, the main problem I see is that our government is treating military terrorist as civilian criminals giving them rights of American citizens and to be tried in civilian court. I see this as a major loophole that would permit many military terrorists to get off without any punishment. Additionally, as they are read their rights that means that our tax dollars will be going to defend the terrorist who has been captured in the field. The goal of the attorney would be to find any and all means to get their client off regardless if they are actually guilty or not.

If Holder does not want to deal with cases of reverse discrimination when a black kills a white I have a few other answers to that problem. Smith and Wesson comes to mind. So does Colt, Taurus, Kimber, etc, etc, etc.

Regarding the shutdown and the BS that has been allowed by the government and directed by the White House, I have been highly outspoken. I have written my legislators, called my legislators, found Harry Reid's facebook (both of them) and have send comments to him via facebook and have directly come out and asked if he even gives a rat's a$$ about the American people. I told him that he seems to be quite willing to investigate when any republican picks his nose yet when it comes to his president that he is deaf, dumb and blind. I asked him why he is not doing anything about the elderly couple who has kicked out of their own home simply because it was on federal land or about the reports that the NPS was told to make it a hard on the American people as possible. I have been greatly outspoken. I am just going on record that by now I really am wondering when I might get the proverbial knock on my door by one of their thug agency people.
