We all have many questions surrounding the Sgt Bowe Bergdahl situation. From whether he was captured or did he desert his country. At this point we can only go by what information there is available to us. That information starts at before he went missing, and his statements of being ashamed to be an American. His friends coming forward stating that he joined the military to help the Afghan people. Then you have all the pro-Islam tweets from his father. The father turning into an advocate for the release of all Guantanamo Bay prisoners, and a tweet to quote “@ABalkhi that God will repay for the death of every Afghan child, ameen”! The twitter account @ABalkhi is the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. To make one believe even further that the Sgt and his father have converted to islam and may have been giving information to the enemy all this time. You have the speech the father made at the white house praising allah and the people of Afghanistan. Sgt Bowe was already safe in US custody, so that is another red flag. Why would he praise the exact terrorist who have held his son “captive” for the last 5 years?

Moore spoke to the Pastors-for-Life in Mississippi in January, but video from that speech only began to make its way around the Internet in the last week. In it, Moore argues that "religion," as defined in the First Amendment, applies only to God the Creator. "Everybody, to include the United States Supreme Court, has been deceived as to one little word in the first amendment called 'religion,'" he said. "They can't define it." Moore insisted that freedom of religion applies only the God of the Bible, and therefore the protections of the establishment clause do not extend to other religions, such as Islam and Buddhism. "They don't want to do that, because that acknowledges the creator God," he said. "Buddha didn't create us. Muhammad didn't create us. It's the God of the Holy Scriptures." According to Moore, the government and the Supreme Court should define religion as James Madison and George Mason did – "The duties we owe to the Creator and the manner of discharging it." When Moore quotes Mason in his speech, he takes that little snippet from the Virginia Declaration of Rights, which Mason wrote with help from Madison. (Section 16, which addresses the relationship of government and religion, is generally agreed to be primarily Madison's work.) Here's the full text from Section 16: "That religion, or the duty which we owe to our Creator, and the manner of discharging it, can be directed only by reason and conviction, not by force or violence; and therefore all men are equally entitled to the free exercise of religion, according to the dictates of conscience; and that it is the mutual duty of all to practice Christian forbearance, love, and charity toward each other." If there's any wonder why Moore would excise what he wanted from the context of the full quote – leaving out all that inconvenient business about forbearance, love, and charity – you haven't been paying much attention to the High Chief's career. You can't talk about love and maintain that quivering sneer -- certainly not Moore, who has argued that the court has the "power of the sword" to prevent homosexuals from perverting the minds of children. The lesson they learned from what they witnessed was that established religion and government were a toxic mix, and one should not be left in charge of the other. Moore can argue if he wishes that the founders were comfortable with varying degrees of Christianity and not questioning the God the creator's role in government, and he's right that the pilgrims didn't bring the Koran with them over on the Mayflower. However, Jefferson did keep a copy of it in his library, and it's worth noting that Muslims believe they worship the same deity as Christians and Jews. If Moore wants to cling to his Creator God argument, then he must be willing to make room for Muslims in it, too, which his pulpit pabulum all but shows he is not. After Patrick Henry proposed a tax to support "Teachers of the Christian Religion," Madison wrote the "Memorial and Remonstrance against Religious Assessments," in which he revisited the establishment clause in the Virginia Declaration of Rights, and emphasized again that there was no need for government to advocate for religion. "To say that it is, is a contradiction to the Christian Religion itself, for every page of it disavows a dependence on the powers of this world," Madison wrote. Henry's bill died quietly, and later Madison ushered through the Virginia General Assembly the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom. Written by Jefferson, it insisted "that our civil rights have no dependence on our religious opinions any more than our opinions in physics or geometry," and it all but outlawed religious belief as a litmus test for holding office. When government endorses one religion over another, it only corrupts the religion it hopes to support, Jefferson argued. Jefferson cared so much for the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom that he had it listed among the three life accomplishments inscribed on his tombstone, along with authoring the Declaration of Independence and founding the University of Virginia. When Moore disparages other religions, or when all but snarls as he speaks of same-sex marriage, he spits in the eyes of those founders whose work he claims to cherish, and men like Moore were neither alien nor unimaginable to those three founders. In fact, one paragraph Jefferson wrote in the Virginia Statute of Religious Freedom could have been penned, in foresight, with officials like Moore in mind. "[To] suffer the civil magistrate to intrude his powers into the field of opinion and to restrain the profession or propagation of principles on supposition of their ill tendency is a dangerous fallacy which at once destroys all religious liberty because he being of course judge of that tendency will make his opinions the rule of judgment and approve or condemn the sentiments of others only as they shall square with or differ from his own," Jefferson wrote. In US Air Force lingo, fighter pilots don’t run off and leave their wingmen. If one of our own is shot down, still alive and not yet in enemy captivity, we will either come to get him or die trying. Among America’s fighting forces, the calm, sure knowledge that such an irrevocable bond exists is priceless. Along with individual faith and personal grit, it is a sacred trust that has often sustained hope in the face of terribly long odds. The disgraceful abandonment of our Ambassador and those brave ex-SEALs who fought to their deaths to save others in that compound is nothing short of dereliction-of-duty. Additionally, the patently absurd cover-up scenario that was fabricated in the aftermath was an outright lie in attempt to shield the President and the Secretary of State from responsibility. It has been over eight months since the attack on our compound in Benghazi. The White House strategy, with the aid of a “lap dog press” has been to run out the clock before the truth is forthcoming. The recent testimonies of the three “whistle blowers” have reopened the subject and hopefully will lead to exposure and disgrace of those responsible for this embarrassing debacle. It would appear that the most recent firewall which the Administration is counting on is the contention that there were simply no military assets that could be brought to bear in time to make a difference… mainly due to the unavailability of tanker support for fighter aircraft. This is simply BS, regardless how many supposed “experts” the Administration trot out to make such an assertion. The bottom line is that even if the closest asset capable of response was half-way around the world, you don’t just sit on your penguin *** and do nothing. The fact is that the closest asset was not half-way around the world, but as near as Aviano Air Base, Italy where two squadrons of F-16Cs are based. Consider the following scenario (all times Benghazi local): When Hicks in Tripoli receives a call at 9:40 PM from Ambassador Stevens informing him “Greg, we are under attack!” (his last words), he immediately notifies all agencies and prepares for the immediate initiation of an existing “Emergency Response Plan.” At AFRICON, General Carter Ham attempts to mount a rescue effort, but is told to “stand down.” By 10:30 PM an unarmed drone is overhead the compound and streaming live feed to various Command and Control Agencies… and everyone watching that feed knew damn well what was going on. At 11:30 PM Woods, Doherty and five others leave Tripoli, arriving in Benghazi at 1:30 AM on Wednesday morning, where they hold off the attacking mob from the roof of the compound until they are killed by a mortar direct hit at 4:00 AM. So nothing could have been done, eh? Nonsense. If one assumes that tanker support really was not available… what about this: · When at 10:00 PM AFRICON alerts the 31st TFW Command Post in Aviano Air Base, Italy of the attack, the Wing Commander orders preparation for the launch of two F-16s and advises the Command Post at NAS Sigonella to prepare for hot pit refueling and quick turn of the jets. · By 11:30 PM, two F-16Cs with drop tanks and each armed with five hundred 20 MM rounds are airborne. Flying at 0.92 mach they will cover the 522 nautical miles directly to NAS Sigonella in 1.08 hours. · While in-route, the flight lead is informed of the tactical situation, rules of engagement, and radio frequencies to use. · The jets depart Sigonella at 1:10 AM with full fuel load and cover the 377 nautical miles directly to Benghazi in 0.8 hours, arriving at 1:50 AM… which would be 20 minutes after the arrival of Woods, Doherty and their team. · Providing that the two F-16s initial pass over the mob, in full afterburner at 200 feet and 550 knots did not stop the attack in its tracks, only a few well placed strafing runs on targets of opportunity would assuredly do the trick. · Were the F-16s fuel state insufficient to recover at Sigonelli after jettisoning their external drop tanks, they could easily do so at Tripoli International Airport, only one-half hour away. · As for those hand-wringing naysayers who would worry about IFR clearances, border crossing authority, collateral damage, landing rights, political correctness and dozens of other reasons not to act… screw them. It is high time that our “leadership” get their priorities straight and put America’s interests first. The end result would be that Woods and Doherty would be alive. Dozens in the attacking rabble would be rendezvousing with “72 virgins”… and a clear message would have been sent to the next worthless POS terrorist contemplating an attack on Americans that it is not really a good idea to “tug on Superman’s cape.” Of course all this would depend upon a Commander In Chief who was more concerned with saving the lives of those he put in harm’s way than getting his crew rest for a campaign fund raising event in Las Vegas the next day. As well as a Secretary of State that actually understood “What difference did it make?”, or a Secretary of Defense whose immediate response was not to the effect that “One of the military tenants is that you don’t commit assets until you fully understand the tactical situation.” Was he not watching a live feed from the unarmed drone… and he didn’t understand the tactical situation? YGBSM! Ultimately it comes down to the question of who gave that order to “stand down?” Whoever that coward turns out to be should be exposed, removed from office, and face criminal charges for dereliction of duty. The combat forces of the United States of America deserve leadership that really does “have their back” when the chips are down. Operation American Spring to hit D.C. to oust Obama, Biden, Boehner, Holder A group of self-described revolutionary-style patriots with a million mobilized militia members are heading to downtown Washington, D.C., this week to bring a simple message to political leadership, from President Obama to House Speaker John Boehner: Get out. They’re called the Operation American Spring — and they’re vowing to oust the likes of Mr. Obama, Mr. Boehner, Attorney General Eric Holder, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Sen. Mitch McConnell, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Raw Story reported. “We are calling for [their] removal … as a start toward constitutional restoration,” said retired Army Col. Harry Riley, the leader of the group, Raw Story reported. “They have all abandoned the U.S. Constitution, are unworthy to be retained in a position that calls for servant status.” The aim of the group, too, is to influence those politicos who aren’t targeted for ouster to “sponsor and pass very constitutionally crafted state legislation to dissolve the size, powers, scope and spending of the U.S. government by two-thirds,” the media outlet reported. The group expects between 10 million and 30 million similarly thinking Americans to meet them in the capital on Friday for a rally that’s being billed as a sort of “Arab Spring” for Americans. Meanwhile, the group is holding another event on the same day in Bunerkville, Nev., near cattle rancher Cliven Bundy’s property and in support of his stand-off with the Bureau of Land Management over grazing fees. The Friday event was promoted by Tea Party Nation. Mr. Riley said he hopes the event will go forward peaceably, but that so far, peaceful protests haven’t brought citizens much luck. He also said that more than 1 million militia members have already mobilized for the event — and that projections of 10 million to attend aren’t pie in the sky. “For more than five years, ‘we the people’ have been writing, calling, faxing Congress, the media, screaming in town halls, marching, rallying, demonstrating, petitioning, all to no avail,” he said, Raw Story reported. “Every branch of government looks at ‘we the people’ whom they have taken an oath to serve, as ‘pests,’ interfering with their political agenda, cramping their self-serving, greedy agendas. The ideal situation is to have millions of people show up at the front doorstep of our corrupt leaders and demand they vacate their offices. We will stay in the streets until each of them leaves. They will have no other option than to leave. 2) LEADERLESS: We will achieve success if the “leaders” of this event are people who live at their home addresses and take care of their families. If you care about your family, you are a leader of this event. Nobody is in charge of getting you off your butt to save your country but YOU! This is an old and stale method of detraction and subversion, especially to those of us who see it coming a mile away. Operative within alternative media are starting to write articles and desparage anyone attaching their name to the event. WE MUST CRUSH THIS TACTIC BY IGNORING THEM. Col Riley has admitted publicly that he matters the very least in this effort. If he is removed completely, it shouldn’t matter because leadership needs to come from each community; each household. Here’s the general rule: If someone targets an individual who they believe is not suited to lead or volunteer in any capacity, then they should be prepared to replace them. This is a leaderless event; therefore attacking leadership is a waste of time and distraction. If someone discourages people from getting involved, you may as well put a dunce cap on their head. They’re either being paid to discourage people, or they’re trying to suck up to the establishment in trying to keep people at home. Anyone who cares about our country will support this event in their own way. Anyone who opposes it , or attempts to dissuade people from trying to save our country should be formally considered our opposition. During the “Trucker’s Ride for The Constitution” back in October 2013, there were many powerful entities trying to stop the event. Even top alternative media personalities were attempting to create fear by telling their audience that “truck were going to deliver nukes” or “the national guard is on the streets!”; this was their method of convincing people to stay home. Whoever they are working for is obviously not on the side of the American people. Why was this event sabotaged? Because we were proposing shutting down commerce to Washington DC with the truckers. When you go up against the man, always remember that the man has a lot of money at his disposal to stop you. We have to chose one of two option: (1) Attempt a peaceful means to take our government back or (2) Submit to tyranny and enslavement. If we opt for #2, our children will have to die trying to fight off what they have inherited from us. The choice is yours. Make no excuses. Don’t wait for someone else to save your country. It’s time for each of us to pitch in. For those of you who wish to “wait & see” what others will do, please recognize that you are doing EXACTLY what those who steal trillions from us want your to do. The President's taste for unilateral action to circumvent Congress should concern every citizen, regardless of party or ideology. The great 18th-century political philosopher Montesquieu observed: “There can be no liberty where the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person, or body of magistrates.” America's Founding Fathers took this warning to heart, and we should too. Rule of law doesn’t simply mean that society has laws; dictatorships are often characterized by an abundance of laws. Rather, rule of law means that we are a nation ruled by laws, not men. No one—and especially not the president—is above the law. For that reason, the U.S. Constitution imposes on every president the express duty to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Rather than honor this duty, President Obama has openly defied it by repeatedly suspending, delaying, and waiving portions of the laws that he is charged to enforce. When President Obama disagreed with federal immigration laws, he instructed the Justice Department to cease enforcing the laws. He did the same thing with federal welfare law, drug laws, and the federal Defense of Marriage Act. In the more than two centuries of our nation’s history, there is simply no precedent for the White House wantonly ignoring federal law and asking others to do the same. For all those who are silent now: What would they think of a Republican president who announced that he was going to ignore the law, or unilaterally change the law?
