I'm going to take a shot in the dark here, the transfers are the CBI giving Dollars to banks in exchange for the IQD in the picture. And that would mean the CBI is pulling in around 400 billion IQD a year just from the private banks. RV already!

So Warka's problems stem from 2009 when there was an order that pulled money out of private banks? And that the CBI plans on pumping money into the private banks to keep liquidity? This article is as clear as mud, one thing is clear though, an RV would add liquidity!

Here's what I get from this: They tell us not once but twice the Conference is important and will have an impact on the Summit. I think everything that has to do with the HCL is what they want done before the Summit, and that having them done will make the Summit a success. Thanks for sharing JNT.

So from this I would assume the political differences in Iraq are solved or not as bad. If the trips were cancelled before because of tension in Iraq then this article is saying they've improved since this trip seems to have a green light. This will be an interesting month for us.

I got excited when I saw the title for this, held the conference was in past tense although after reading the article it looks like it's just a bad translation.

This article leaves more questions than answers, why is he coming to the States and what was his response to the national conference? It seems like it either wasn't translated right or he gave an indirect answer.
