My thoughts are theses, 1. A health problem occurs not my choice, sickness, diseases, injury occur not because one has chosen one or more of those problems; 2. I remember growing up as a boy in East Tennessee and riding the bus, (bus driver was named Clyde) down a dirt and gravel road (named after my grandfather) out to Clinton Hwy and finally arriving at Claxton Elementary School. Your case is exactly why the state or federal government or both need to have a fund established. Instead of sending money to foreign countrys in the trillions, A fund established for people like yourself that was injured by persons they have let out on DUI or driving without a license or do not have insurance or assets to cover your injury and disability.

As long as there is absolute proof, DNA, physical evidence, etc. Also, why was this man even walking around after three felonys, the judge should have found room. There is no question that evil exists and those that commit those crimes should be punished even with their life. But the evidence should be to a higher standard than circumstantial or sometimes even eye witnesses because of innocent people being put to death that have maintained their innocence. But what we have in the country is a business of crime, police and FBI get paid to catch, prosecutors get paid to prosecute, attorneys get paid to defend, the judge gets paid to listen to the trial, then the prisons are owned by those same people that make money from the state or federal govenment. We need to focus on the crimes like you are talking about, that happen to your family, not locking up Martha Stewart for 6 months for lying to liers. We do not need to bag and tag every one as a felony, that they cannot vote, rent a home, borrow money, get a job, etc. result no life but back to crime. I was just thinking with the government funding, about $547,000,000 like O gave to the solar panel company. We could furnish special bottles to everyone in the US to capture poots that people make during the day. They could be deposit bottles so they will always be mail back to the company. 1st all those poots do not go into the atmosphere. 2nd it is clean energy. 3rd we could hire a bunch of people. Now I also have a net work marketing plan to fertilize every ones front yard of their home, you sign up 5 people to mess on members front lawns, they sign up 5 people, through 5 levels, you would have over 78,000 people crapping on your front lawn. This program would not require any government funding. Also, if they just left a $1 we might be able to pay off the mortgage on that home. Just a thought

I think you are absolutely right, why don't you file a complaint in District Court and have these laws declared un-constitutional. Otherwise your words are of no effect, for we only have three choices, 1. sue to have laws changed or declared unconstitutional, 2. vote out the ones that voted for these laws, then to have the laws amneded 3. Take up arms in revolution. Oh! I forgot one, we can rant and rave till we die.

We in our country execute innocent people, it just takes a little longer to reach 34. We try and do it two at a time each month. But don't worry we will make it. If people take money(property), we make them pay the money back.
