The House and the Senate could just have a bake sale and cut the deficit. Throw in the White House and a few other departments up there, we could probably trim off $22.43 from the debt load. They need to take expenses out, you know.

We might be old and we might be white, but we are far from finished.

Bump, I'm with you. Planning an exit plan myself. A friend of mine is doing the same. Together we will affect about 17 people. We live in a small town and those people will have a hard time finding work because there is none here. He plans on the end of the year, me the middle of 2013. Comes a time when you have to look after yourself first. Best of luck to you.

I have a very small business and I would not want most of the people that ask me for a job to go to a house looking like they do. Would scare most of the old women! Most don't want to work, they just want to meet the number of interviews per week that unemployment requires.

This is really great, but most people in the US don't know how to do this anymore. I grew up like that, but my daughter never learned from her mother(we divorced) how to do all this. Just sad that we are not self-sufficient anymore. Most will not know how to grow a garden. Don't know how to till the soil. And that is sad.

Nope! Both NG and LPG will burn until the tanks freezes. Check out the properties of both on Google. Not near as volatile as gasoline. Too narrow a window for air to gas mix. Both have to be under pressure to remain in liquid state. NG is lighter than air and LPG is heavier. The tanks that contain both have a much higher bursting pressure than your gas tank(plastic). Working pressure on LPG is 250lbs, not sure about NG. Hank Hill here.

Propane powered cars have been around much longer as have the trucks. No hubba hubba about them. More infrastructure around for them than NG.

I would assume that you could make a wire transfer like you would with any other bank.

I could really get into this, but you don't see anybody working for the EPA giving up all the oil relate products they use or consume such as cell phones, autos, or anything that was trucked to the local supermarkets. Plus all the medical things that are related to oil. Could go on and on but won't.
