  1. Break down on how simple this actually is. If you change the exchange rate to 1=1 then problem solved. The market will figure out the rest as in if the price of oil is $50/barrel then add 5% of that to the exchange rate and you get $3.50 dollars per dinar. If the price of oil goes up so does the value of the dinar and vice versa. The good and bad of this is when is the best time to exchange and how long will we have to exchange. For those who remember and know what double knot knot math is then you are way ahead of the game. See simple. SR
  2. So the two most disreputable blocs that caused all the issues with the last government want to work together. This isn't nuts it's insane. If this happens we can kiss anything happening in the next how many ever years good bye. Just being honest not negative. SR
  3. The State of Law is SOL( yes the are $&!? out of luck) as far as the new government goes. Abadi is defecting from them and Sadr told them to kick rocks along with Malarky. So they are just spewing more crap just to think they still run things with big mouth Malarky. SR
  4. If you read between the lines I think Pompeo is saying to both Abadi and Barzani you both need to get your differences settled and pronto. Then RV your currency which will make a prosperous Iraq and all of us on DV. SR
  5. Thanks Pitcher for this interesting article. My question is simple. Why can Iraq not use other countries to do what Iran is doing for them and just cut all ties with Iran?? It would seem that Iran has their thumb on Iraq so to speak for what all they rely for the on. Until any regime change in Iran I would think that Iraq would abide in every way with the sanctions the US imposed on Iran for the betterment of the country. However it is a very, very complicated situation. In the simplest terms let Iran collapse then let them depend on Iraq. Turn about is fair play you'd say. SR
  6. More rubbish from that so called State of Law Coalition (AKA as Malarky's party). Sadr already stated that the he will not have anything to do with Malarky or his party as part of the formation of the next government. Abadi stated that he would basically resign from the State of Law in order to get his 2nd term as PM at the urging of Sadr. This sounds like a statement from the Hillarious campaign. Just more lies to trick the others in the GOI that things will change if you allow us in. You are the one of the main reasons nothing got done in the previous government next to the Kurds not showing up. And they really want people to believe them???? WOW!!!!!! I think State of Law needs to change it's name to the SOL party. Thanks Pitcher (AKA Ricky) SR
  7. Wait for it.........Wait for it.........Wait for it.........come on Thug ya know ya got this one. SR
  8. If only if only judy lyington cried the truth in this statement was a blue as the sky. SR
  9. So an ex-mp that probably just lost his job and now wants to point more fingers. The high court ordered the recount after those that lost appealed the election. Abadi and Jabouri had nothing to do with that. Geez just take your loss and access to unlimited money and go pound sand. SR
  10. Good point Syn. It could drain the Rial right out of Iran. And then they would have to print new currency in the likes of 1 with 12 zeros since there own inflation is about to hit the roof. If Iran has much Iraqi dinar then they should fork that over as fast as possible to pay their bills. If I was an Iraqi that has a bank account there I would close it like yesterday before Iran goes into a financial collapse, ala Greece, and all that money ends up in the Iranian governments hands if it is not already. I am very impressed that Abadi and Iraq are putting on the big boy pants and cutting ties as fast as they can with Iran. Now if they can only get every ounce of Iranian influence out of the country, close the borders to Iran, (I would say send Malarky and crew there but a trial and hanging is in order for them after they get all the stolen money back) and send notice that "We will not be Iran's whipping country any longer" then Iraq can stand on it's own. SR
  11. No kidding. That's over $100 Mil a year for how many years?? Somebody check Malarky's pockets cause there is a good chance they aren't empty. SR
  12. I think they need to collect that from Saddam and his money with his picture on it. SR
  13. Bad Idea ..Really Bad Idea Now that is the understatement of the last 4 centuries with these bafoons. I'm guessing Iran wants to really, really be obliterated off the face of the earth. SR
  14. Publish the list. Everyone wants to see the names. Of course this is after they are arrested so they can't flee to Uncle Bubba Iran. SR
  15. All three of them should stay gagged forever and eternity. SR
  16. WOW!!!!!! Hey Iraris bring us your money so we can steal it from you when ours collapses and subvert any sanctions on us. I can see it now try and make a withdrawal, transfer, or close your account and you won't make it out of the building. SR
  17. If this is true then the zeros will be deleted off of the rate and not the notes. They will need the larger notes for this as they did with the $1k note in the US. They will want the larger notes for these transactions even though it could be done electronically it has to be backed by some form of physical paper. Iraq is not experiencing hyper inflation as in other countries so there is no need to delete the zeros from the physical notes. It all about the amount of physical notes in circulation with will become a supply and demand scenario. Lower the supply and the rate goes up. Look at the fact that the US prints more money and the value of the dollar declines. Just my SR
