I just dont see Abadi going out making statements to the world that they are still trying to find solutions to advert a financial crisis, if an RV would solve all these problems. That is not building world financial confidence in Iraq... I HOPE I AM WRONG, but an RV may not be on the horizon..

Kurds have demonstrated how to have a functional government, despite the shunning by Maliki. The Kurds warded off ISIS with just a percentage of troops compared to what Baghdad army has. So the demand for the Kurds to have 18% in the Iraq army can be argued...its not quantity its quality. For Baghdad to demand the Kurds to conform to a dysfunctional government is absurd. I know that may not be good for our Dinar, but its probably good for several hundred thousand people in Kurdistan for their security and their standard of living. I hope the Dinar pans out for us, but if people are better off at the cost of my profit....I am okay with that.

As I say Rumors should be weighed against real news. Nothing worse than spending a majority of your time in the rumor section without giving consideration to facts.

I am waiting for the next wave of rumors, especially those from OKIE, where they state further delays are related to the budget comittee formed from the result of the budget debt bill. I can just hear it now, The US government couldnt agree on the tax rates and will be included in the committee negotiations. It could be as late as November, but they want to get this done so look for it no later than mid September.....It will go something like that.. thats my two cents
