I was blocked also. E mailed Mr. M. Issa and he forwarded to the ebanking department and now I have access. May have been timing, with a holiday they had, but I can see my totals today. On their web page they had a notice running on the bottom, something about a security improvement for their on line banking. It may have dropped some people.

I got on the web page but then when I wanted to see account balances, the WEB PAGE IS BLOCKED can up!! Oh now are we SCR****?

Correct. My Comcast account would not communicate with Warka. So I opened a Hotmail account, ( because that was what I got my first e mail back from them on ) then my e mails were answered. So any correspondence I use Hotmail. Strange..
