  1. June 19, 2017June 19, 2017 Mnt Goat Hi Everyone, I bring you much news today. From Reuters Sunday 6/18 – Iraqi forces started storming the Islamic State-held Old City of Mosul on Sunday, a military statement said. The historic district is the last still under control of the militants in the city which used to be their capital in Iraq. It is a densely-populated maze of narrow alleyways where fighting is often done house by house. “This is the last chapter” in the offensive to take Mosul, said Lieutenant General Abdul Ghani al-Asadi, the commander of the Counter Terrorism Service (CTS) elite units. Prime Minister Dr. Haider al – Abadi on Monday (today 6/19) left at the head of a ministerial delegation to start a regional tour that includes Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the State of Kuwait, based on official invitations to sovereignty in earlier times. So today is Monday morning and the RV rollercoaster ride is beginning this time for this week, as many are saying this is our week for the RV. Really? All the fun is supposed to start on Wednesday? Really? Where did they get this date? It is my opinion we are still in a very good window for early summer for a rate change. Why do I say this? Where is my proof? Well if you have not been reading my recent newsletters I can see why you might ask these questions. So I invite you to go back and read them. I can not spend my time in each newsletter rehashing all the articles. Folks- we are very, very close. Let me help all of you once again clarify some of this bogus intel. So what have we heard lately? There is no one leaning towards ending Ramadan early. They are not cutting prayer out 10 days early. This rumor is just so ridiculous. Mosul is not an issue. Really? Mosul fighting is an issue for any RV as long as ISIS resistance is still on Iraqi ground. RV will not start Wednesday as some are claiming. Oh- wait a second didn’t someone just spread a rumor it started last week? How many times can it start?…lol…lol… I do not believe this rumor for one second. There is no substantiated proof of this claim. So relax! No RV yet. There is no basket of currencies to RV. No such thing as a “GCR”. This has been proven many times already over and over again. So why do they continue perpetrating this rumor on you? Thus the VND, ZIM, Rial, Rupia, etc.. still expected not to change in value anytime soon. However I might add these are underdeveloped countries with great unrealized resources and with potential for near future revaluations of currencies (just not yet). As usual everyone wants to jump the gun. The International Cards are more wide spread and functioning at different rates some as high as $3.71. Really? NO,NO,NO. Why would anyone in Iraq be paid at any “new rate”. A dinar is a dinar. The fact is they are not being paid in USD but in dinar. Iraq fully intends to stay on dinar. People who get paid in dinar do not run to the bank to find out what the exchange rate is, then report back to you. In fact they do not care. Yes- they don’t care. The govt could pay them a lesser amount if each dinar is now worth more. But there is no news of this occurring this week or next. They must launch the lower denominations if this were the case. These have not yet been launched. So I am so tired of this claim with no proof or substantiated evidence. Still no solid proof that any Iraqis in foreign countries using ATM cards with see or have seen the “new rate”. I challenged the dinar intel community months ago (as I do again today) to give us solid proof like exchange rates on a bank statement, ATM receipt or ???. So far no one has or could. Go figure! So this news is just once again bogus news and rumors. They want to get the RV done prior to the end of Ramadan. No – this is only a rumor and I know this not FACT! Ramadan has absolutely no impact on the RV. When will Ramadan end? Some have said that the end of Ramadan is not dependent on what country you are from but rather on what religious sect of Muslim you are–Sunni or Shia. Really? Simply not the case. So why do they post their holy days on the internet by middle eastern country and why do the start and stop days for Ramadan differ by country not sec? Just asking? Did you take the time to verify this yourself or just think you are correct or get it from one of these so called intel “gurus”…..lol…lol…? I have spent many years as a soldier in Iraq and I can tell you it varies by country not sec. Here is even the link to the site. The RV is dependent on the restoration of the “new Republic”. Really? Sorry folks! This is yet another bit of phony intel. I know who started this nonsense and why. I wish they would end it. The only way you are going to have any significant political changes in your country is for millions and millions of people to get together and do something about it in a democratic process. Not to let some “secret” organization decide who is going to be president or how the country will be run. What is the agenda of this organizations anyhow? How can you be so gullible and even believe this nonsense? Note when the Iraqi Ramadan began (May 27th) and will end (June 26th). Links: https://www.holiday-times.com/tag/middle-east/ https://www.holiday-times.com/public-holidays-iraq/ But as usual everyone goes down these rabbit holes arguing over what? Honestly it doesn’t matter when Ramadan starts or finishes. It’s proven already to have nothing to do with the RV. Everyone is so anxious for the RV they will dream up any kind of date to pin it to. Their words not mine…..No Rumors, No Hype, Just the FACTS! Auf Wiedersehen Much love to ya all, Mnt Goat

  7. Why don't you heat your house with a coal furnace? I'm just asking. Maybe you can convert your car to a steam engine and burn coal. Why not? Because it is not the best option, you know it, I know it and apparently the museum does too. Now if we could only get Washington to understand there are better ways to invest tax dollars than on 17th century technology. Perhaps you don't care about your grandkids future. B/A
  8. It is funny, there is a movement to save the coal business with corporate welfare, and yet they don't support themselves.... If I were a miner I don't think I would be paying to visit the museum. B/A
  9. I don't think they are going to rid the roads of trucks, just the drivers. I say that with some pain. My dad was a Teamster for 40 year. Technology is a great thing, it is greed that sucks. Profits before people, it is the new business standard. B/A
  10. Kentucky Coal Mining Museum switches to solar power Published April 06, 2017 Fox News The Kentucky Coal Mining Museum is switching to solar power to cut energy costs. (AP Photo/Ajit Solanki, File) The Kentucky Coal Mining Museum is switching to a new form of energy -- solar power. The museum in Benham began installing the solar panels on Tuesday, WYMT reported. Brandon Robinson, the museum's communications director, said the goal is to save money in the long run. "We believe that this project will help save at least $8,000 to $10,000 off the energy costs on this building alone," Robinson told WYMT. The museum is owned by Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College. Robinson said the savings would go back to the school and its students. Robinson admitted the switch from coal to solar energy is "a little ironic," but said the two power sources work "hand-in-hand." "And, of course, coal is still king around here," Robinson said. The project is being funded through an outside foundation and will cost thousands of dollars, according to Robinson. Twenty solar panels, the average needed to power a house, would cost between $17,000 and $20,000 to install, though the costs would be recouped from savings within five to seven years, according to WYMT. Okay I don't care who you are this is funny.... B/A
  11. Well "Our blood" is a relative term... Here's the truth about ROI... “The invasion of Iraq in 2003 was led by Bush the Second and **** Cheney, politicians with deep ties to the petroleum industry. Though the United States lost that war, you might say the US oil companies won it. After years of sanctions, Iraq oil was up for grabs, and they grabbed, and profited and still profit.” “While the US military has formally ended its occupation of Iraq,” reported Dahr Jamail for Al Jazeera, “some of the largest western oil companies, Exxon-Mobil, BP and Shell, remain.” So while John Kerry is giving a speech on climate change, he should explain what the U.S. oil plan is for Iraq: increasing oil production up to 12 million barrels a day by 2017. We’re talking trillions of dollars in profits for a very small minority of multibillionaires. Halliburton’s CEO David Lesar and his family travel on private jets valued at $463,329 last year. Again, how much is the US contributing to the climate fund again? $3 billion is about what the oil execs pay for their dinners, resorts and jet travel in less than a year’s time. Take a look at their luxury multimillion dollar playground in Dubai, the new Manhattan in the Middle East for the wealthiest polluters in the world. It’s perfect for them: not a tree or bird in sight, but lots of extravagant energy-consuming luxuries that release tons of carbon emissions. Now take a look at these photos showing the tragic effects that the wealthiest industrialists have had on the rest of the world. This explains why the industrial oligarchs inside the US government want to secretly derail or squash green energy solutions that would save the earth for future generations. B/A
  12. I just saw this on the news and Republicans are against this idea. As Reagan said, "Let's embrace them" Let's show them our way is better and give the people of Cuba hope and a will to move away from their Totalitarian government. Geez this guy just doesn't get it... Even representatives of his own party are say he wants embargos so only his hotel chain can do business there. B/A
  13. Sorry I heard the tape. He is guilty of assault. He plead guilty. What else do you need to know? He is a self-proclaimed felon... I don't know about folks in Canada, but I as an American hold my representatives to a higher standard. Any person who attacks another physically without justification is a coward. I bet if I hit him he would expect a different punishment for me. These people think they are above all of us, and it is people like you who give them the idea they are more important than an average person. What if you were body slammed because you were asking someone a question. I'm willing to be you would call a lawyer and sue, and cry like the baby you are. That's all you do is cry about everything you disagree with. I hope you don't body slammed for simply having your opinion, I wouldn't want to have to sit here and read your little whiney message. B/A
  14. Sadly we cannot stop all the crazy people by standing back and letting government handle it.... How do you stop some whack job who shoots up a school or night club. How do know when some jackass is going to kill a prison guard like this week in Georgia. I firmly believe it should be a law that every household own a weapon. Those to escapees were held at bay by a citizen yesterday in Tennessee. Armed citizens would reduce a lot of this BS.... Here is a history of shootings in schools. How many could have been avoided? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_school_shootings_in_the_United_States B/A
  15. Because politicians are not truthful, leaking/whistleblowing is a necessary evil. Just think about the things that have been disclosed that served the better for all of us. I think politicians need to abide by the rules all of us do. Look at the Montana official who assaulted the reporter. He received 40 hours of community service. If any of us had assaulted someone in that manner we would not get off that easy. Look at politicians testifying before Congress, all they have to say is "I can't remember" or "I didn't know it was illegal" Try telling a judge you didn't know you were breaking the law, or couldn't remember if you beat someone up. Citizens need to demand accountability. They also need to vote out career politicians. Term limits are a must, and yet we will never see them. Because voters don't have the power they think they do. 16. Great post but you left one out... Individuals are not to pay income tax... But some how we ended up with corporate welfare, and you pay a higher percentage in taxes than most corporations.... Our government is bought and paid for, and we the people are the ones suffering. That suffering is what is causing the separation and hatred. We need to amend the 16th amendment and go back to what our brilliant founding fathers started.
  17. And because I know I will be blasted for saying he is empowering unions, here is the quote... “We have regulations on top of regulations,” Trump said Thursday. “We’re empowering companies, unions, industry groups and federal agencies to go out and create new opportunities for millions of citizens.” http://time.com/money/4820268/trump-apprenticeship-plan/ B/A
  18. Ha Ha Ha.... Corporate Welfare??? Republican Party. Although I do applaud President Trump for his speech today about announcing the apprentice program. I was surprised when he stated his is giving back power to the unions so people can earn while they learn. B/A
  19. I thought exercising free speech was your whole point. I guess it is only good for the goose and not the gander. B/A
  20. I heard this on the radio this weekend and had to roll down the windows and jam... Great song... B/A
