  2. I was searching for investment triggers that might alert authorities. I found this. After the RV, hopefully we will all be depositing large amounts of money into our private accounts, and I am sure Big Brother will be watching. Deposit the "Wrong" Amount of Cash in Your Bank, Go to Jail Brian Doherty | October 21, 2009 Sometime Reason magazine contributor William L. Anderson at Lew Rockwell.com delivers an infuriating tale of a lawyer, Johnny Gaskins, who had often succeeded against state prosecutors. Gaskins has been convicted and faces possible lifetime imprisonment for violating federal law against "structuring" financial transactions. In real-world terms, this means he's screwed for depositing money in his bank in increments of less than $10,000 per deliberately in order to avoid reporting requirements triggered by that amount. Was he doing this to hide some criminal activity? Not even the prosecutors thought so. As Anderson relates, quoting a Raleigh News and Observer story: This law was passed as an "ancillary crime" to give prosecutors leverage in cases where people had amassed huge amounts of cash via drug sales or other illegal activities and were trying to avoid detection as well as avoid paying taxes on their money. However, that clearly was not the case here, as the N&O continues: Gaskins filed forms to the IRS accounting for more than $450,000 in cash payments, according to evidence at trial. Prosecutors agreed that he had filed and paid his taxes. He didn't dispute that he intentionally divided his money, but he testified that it was for innocent reasons. His habits, he said, were born of an exposure to a criminal world that most people only see on television dramas. Prosecutors did not offer evidence of any other motive for Gaskins' behavior. They said at trial that Gaskins should have known better. "The point of the law is to make sure we don't have people who try to fool the bank," federal prosecutor Randall Galyon told jurors last week. "The fact that he was trying is against the law." So, we had an attorney who was paid legally in cash, decided he might be robbed, so he deposited the money in a bank. Furthermore, he already had paid taxes on his cash earnings, so it is clear that he had no criminal motives. Furthermore, I can guarantee the readers that there was a motive that was not mentioned, but well should be: prosecutors would have tried to frame Gaskins had he deposited all of his money at once. That kind of a deposit – which prosecutors insist that he had to make in order to be legal – would have sent alerts to the police and prosecutors, who would have tried to make a drug case against him, claiming he actually had received that money illegally. The question is this: Why were prosecutors hell-bent on going after him? The answer lies in the success that Gaskins had in his career: He had received death threats and had been harassed for more than a decade after he persuaded a jury to spare the life of a client convicted of killing a popular Raleigh police detective. Some of Gaskins' clients were robbed and tortured, targeted because they carried large amounts of cash, court filings show. Anderson and Candice Jackson wrote in Reason magazine's April issue about federal prosecutors turning sports rulebreaking into a federal offense. Keep the Faith!
  3. By Jeff Schogol Published: July 13, 2010 Could it possibly be true that the Taliban are training monkeys to fire heavy weapons at U.S. troops in Afghanistan? http://www.stripes.c...troops-1.110933 Keep the Faith!
  4. This story embodies a total disconnect between our present government and our military. There is no green zone, just a gray zone. Read the article for yourself it's long but ecucational on where the White house stands on the War on Terror. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2010/jul/11/obama-at-odds-with-petraeus-doctrine-on-islam/ By Rowan Scarborough The White House's official policy of banning the word "Islam" in describing America's terrorist enemies is in direct conflict with the U.S. military's war-fighting doctrine now guiding commanders in Iraq and Afghanistan. But Army Gen. David H. Petraeus, the man tapped by Mr. Obama as the new top commander in Afghanistan, led the production of an extensive counterinsurgency manual in December 2006 that does, in fact, tell commanders of a link between Islam and extremists. President Obama's chief national security adviser for counterterrorism, delivered a major policy address on defining the enemy. He laid out the White House policy of detaching any reference to Islam when referring to terrorists, be it al Qaeda, the Taliban or any other group. The Petraeus doctrine refers to "Islamic insurgents," "Islamic extremists" and "Islamic subversives." It details ties between Muslim support groups and terrorists. His co-author was Gen. James F. Amos, whom Mr. Obama has picked as the next Marine Corps commandant and Joint Chiefs of Staff member. My question is, how can you win a war if you don't know your enemy? Keep the Faith

  11. Hello, has everyone forgotten about Chapter 7? http://www.iamb.info/pdf/unscr1905.pdf
  12. Qman, all I can say is this is an example of where our country is heading. We the American people have lost and skewed the definition of right and wrong. How can there ever be civil obedience when there are no limits to right or wrong. I say a very tjhs is a very sad day and I can tell there will be more to come. Get ready to keep walking on broken glass as to not offend those who hate and opress based on racial predjudice. I guess in some people's eyes, this would not be considered a hate crime. I see the actions of this person or people in the video as emposing a terroristic threat and if I am not mistaken, that is a crime. , Terrorist Threat Charge: Penalties often known as a terroristic threat, this misdemeanor charge occurs when an individual communicates any type of threat that causes a person or group to be in fear of bodily harm, disrupts an assembly, public gathering or the use of a public building or indicates an attempt to interrupt or disrupt any type of public service such as telephones, water, sewage or electricity. So what the heck is wrong with our government, not up holding the laws which provide for civil obedience. You make the call! Keep the Faith!
  13. I love it Mr.Parrot. You hit the nail on the head. the RV is just around the corner. The goverment of Iraq just doesn't know it yet, but we do!
  14. Ok, I have been reading and studying everyone’s posts since last November. I may have come into this investment as a virgin, lol, but I have learned so much from being a member of this site. My hair dresser, lol, is actually the person who told me told me about the situation in Iraq and about the possible revalue of the Dinar and I thank God every day for that. Upon the revelation of such an investment, my husband and I researched as much as we could about the Dinar and the progress in Iraq and felt it would be a once in a life time event if the Dinar were to revalue. Since we had lost way too much money in the stock market for reasons I still can not explain. I mean where does the money go, when the stock market crashes, in who’s pocket? Someone gets that money. As great as our country is, just like Iraq, the financial markets are still fueled by greed. Money just doesn’t vanish like that does it? I really still have no idea. Sometimes, I feel like I know more about Iraq and there financial system than I do ours here in the United States. Thanks to all that dare to post. Now, I know that’s sad, but true. We like a lot of American’s had lost faith in our financial systems. Subsequently, we made a decision to lower the percentage of money we had been investing in our own stock market and invest in Dinar. Now I know many of you might feel this would have been a wrong move, but we had been completely disillusioned. My husband and I had been working all of our lives, we had bought and paid for everything we had ever owned, never asking for assistance. So investing in Dinar too us was no greater risk than putting our money in the US stock market. I could say we were not buying Dinar on money we did not have. We had been invested in Dinar a month when the Forex and Xe.com posted $1.49 for the exchange rate. Wow, for thirty minutes we were millionaires! I could not go to sleep that night. I kept saying to myself, is this what it feels like to win the lottery? Well, after reality set in, and we were not yet millionaires I began to researched the Web for any bit of information on a potential revaluation of the Dinar and found Dinarvets. Since a member of this site, I have seen many people give dates rates, along with some very valuable information. I truly believe the smart ones only give the information they have researched. To give a date or rate that does not happen is Dinaracide, lol. Just kidding. I take everything with a grain of salt. I find it hard to believe, unless someone is totally sociopathic, that they would blatantly lie. Now egotism may play a role, wanting to be the first person to get the date or rate right could be the answer for some of the past wrong predictions. I may not be a guru on the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar, but I am a guru on people. I have never read a post that I felt was written to deceive. I almost feel sorry for for those of you, who stick your necks out to tell us information that has been passed down to you, only to be ridiculed. I also know that some people on this site only ridicule because they want to protect others. It’s all good. We all have our motifs. I myself will stay here, learn, study every post and keep the faith, hopefully to become very rich oneday! It’s all written. Thank God! P.S. Also, I can honestly say, I have never been influenced buy Dinar because of who everyone calls pumpers. I truly invested in the Dinar because I thought and still do think it will be a once in a lifetime event, a blessing from God. What the heck, if all else fails and there never is an RV, I still can get about 70% of my money back, better than our own stock market right now! Keep the Faith, Butifldrm (Beautiful Dream)
  15. I have always order my Dinar form SafeDinar.com. The very first order I placed, they called me, I had to fax over personal information including my DL#. Last week I ordered form DinarTrade, they asked for no personal information, and like clock work Fed EX showed up with my Dinar the next morning. Mojo I would call them, I am sure there is a mistake. They probably did not get your order. I also have a question. I really do not know how these currency traders actually get their Dinar. Do they have to fly to Iraq and attend an auction or are there transactions all done by wire and mail? Just asking because maybe they are experiencing a shortage because the CBI has been closed for a few days. Have a great day

  19. By LARRY O'DELL, Associated Press Writer Larry O'dell, Associated Press Writer – Thu May 6, 6:58 pm ET NORFOLK, Va. – A military jury in Virginia found a Navy SEAL not guilty Thursday on charges of punching a suspected Iraqi terrorist. Jurors deliberated about an hour and 40 minutes before returning their verdict in the court-martial of Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew McCabe. The 24-year-old Perrysburg, Ohio, man was tried at Naval Station Norfolk on accusations of assaulting Ahmed Hashim Abed, who is suspected of plotting the 2004 slayings of four U.S. contractors in Fallujah. The prosecution's key witness had testified he saw McCabe deliver a right cross to Abed's midsection. However, several defense witnesses contradicted portions of that testimony. A Navy prosecutor said in closing arguments that SEALs were trying to protect one of their own. "They circled the wagons," said Lt. Cmdr. Jason Grover. "They don't want Petty Officer McCabe to be held responsible for this." A defense lawyer said he found that suggestion offensive. Several defense witnesses contradicted the testimony of Petty Officer 3rd Class Kevin DeMartino, who said he saw McCabe slug the detainee in the stomach. Those witnesses also testified that McCabe, a decorated SEAL, was known for strong character, integrity and truthfulness. "Don't be blinded by medals," Grover told the jury. "Everyone is equally accountable to do the right thing." Defense attorney Haytham Faraj said the prosecution was asking the jury to take the word of a terrorist and a sailor who admitted initially lying about the incident over the testimony of numerous other witnesses. "I disagree with the concept that the SEALs are covering up. It's actually pretty offensive," Faraj said. The defense suggested throughout the trial that Abed employed a standard terrorist tactic of feigning injury, perhaps even biting his own lip to spill blood onto his clothing. "We're here because a mass murderer, a vile person cloaked in a human body, claims he was beaten," Faraj said. Grover said there was another reason McCabe was prosecuted. "We uphold the rules and we're better than the terrorists. That's why we're here," Grover said. Two other SEALs who were accused of covering up the assault were acquitted last month in Iraq after a judge heard much of the same evidence and testimony that was presented in McCabe's trial. McCabe's trial was held in Virginia because unlike the other two SEALS he did not insist on confronting his accuser in court. Prosecutors played an audio recording of Abed's deposition at McCabe's trial. McCabe was charged with assault, dereliction of duty and lying to investigators. He could have received up to a year in jail if convicted. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100506/ap_on_re_us/us_seal_trial
  20. ayaimmortal, I do believe you are sincere in what you are saying. I hope you are right, not only because we will become rich, but just so we can watch all the mega nega bashers eat crow. I am amazed why anyone would stick there necks out with information pertaining this investment, to be ridiculed as you have been with this post. I hope your information is correct. I would love to see what the bashers have to say then! P.S. I loved this post. keep them coming.
  21. The ISX witnessed its first E-trading session on April 19, 2009 over five registered companies, three banks and two hotels. http://en.aswataliraq.info/?p=130392
  22. Well we can sit here and discuss, dispute and rant about how he got where he is. It will do none of us any good. We need to pray that God has mercy on us and only he himself can grant us the strength and knowlege to fix the situation at hand. All things are allowed and rectified by God at his will for a reason!
  23. This is really scarry! WORD OF THE DAY: DHIMMITUDE Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslim populations conquered through jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam. The Obamacare bill is the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States. Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be “gambling”, “risk-taking” and “usury” and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this. How convenient. So I, And Barnhardt, a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-Muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. Period! This is Dhimmitude. read this article and more. http://theamericanjingoist.net/index.php/2010/04/10/american-dhimmitude/
