If I understand the CBI auctions correctly, they are buying IQD back from the participating banks with US dollars. Thereby getting the IQD back into the CBI. This would make sense to do so that there is less and less IQD in the global market.

Thought the winfall tax was for Corp. not individuals. I don't think it would be of concern to us.
