With that background and credentials, can Dr. Dulaimi accomplish stability and unite the tribes in Iraq? Or will he, as Defense Minister, be more concerned with "wars" with the neighbors of Iraq? Lets hope he is a positive force toward RV!!

Maybe, just maybe, if it lopps, it might be $11.04. Do this math: $1,000,000 dinar/lop 1000= $1,000 new whatever. Then the new $1,000 X $11.04= $11,040 USD-------------not a bad return if you paid approx $1100.

I hope so. My Q to Adam is: Is it wise to have two or three deposit slips to different bank A/C OR just one acct & then write checks out to final accts & brokerage houses?

After RV, should someone have three (or more) bank accounts/deposit slips with them when cashing in? OR, just to one account and then write checks to distribute to other bank accounts or brokerage houses? Thanks in advance

Most interesting post; it gives a better understanding of the future of how Iraq will be able to sustain their economy when/if the "tribes" can come to some agreement. How much land/% of the country is owned/controlled by the Kurds? Will these contracts need to be in place before RV happens?

I had an astrologer email that I will recieve a large financial gain linked to a game or lottery on July 4 or later. I don't know what the rest of you will do, but I think I'll be able to cash in then. LOL

To expand a little further on Goeers remarks: I plan to give/send a letter to my daughters with (1) date of purchase--(so they can determine long or short term capital gains) and (2) my cost basis in my gift. From the chatter on dinarvets, purchase date, sell date, sell price$$ &cost basis will reported on Schedule D of F1040.
