  1. NOT reporting on things is just as opnionated as ............
  2. Don't go and try and burden yourself with any facts before you make an opinion huh??
  3. More interested in the realities of what desimo wrote than the ideaology of what Thomas Paine wrote. In my younger days, when I could "enlighten" myself during the day and pontificate about "what if's and dreams" I often liked to read such things, but today, I read bank statements and retirement accounts and college tuition payments. There comes a time when we have to stop living in our mind and face reality and deal with what is in front of us. Two main issues in this campaign for me is the debt and immigration. Things like "every pot needs a chicken" are just going to have to wait until we can fiscally put a chicken in the pot. And with that, we must determine who's pot to put a chicken in. We just simply cannot be the dumping ground for other failed governments any longer.
  4. Bottom line.......... my investment in Dinar will pay out sooner and better than my investment as a high income tax payer will in General Motors. I don't mind the article though, if gives balance to the pumpers who have been mis-leading innocent uneducated people for years now. If this article keeps a person from buying dinar instead of paying thier house payment, then I'm all in. there are many desperate folks out there that are looking for a home run grand slam in the bottom of the ninth to win the game with the dinar.
  5. I predict the plans of the wicked will be turned upside down on this one.
  6. bottom line here............... hold you nose and vote for the lesser of two evils if you will.
  7. The show is extremely well written. I am challenged by HBO's always liberal slant to things, but this show seems to do it and make you think.
  8. isn't Iraq like five days behing us in time................?? Oh, that's right.......... It's centuries not days..........
  9. Really like is work with Janet Jackson
  10. I think it's because lot's of people "want" to believe him. Lot's of people have become apathetic to it all and just want to beleive something. I beleive younger voters want to "make" things change to what John Mayer or some other idol sings about, having no idea how change REALLY happens. They just figure if they vote for a "new" guy a "cool" guy or the first "black" guy then things will change. Reality is...........change happens when you go out and bust your ass to make it happen. there just aren't that many ass busters coming out of college now a days.
  11. In 2008, then senator Obama had no record to run on. All he had was "hope and change" no, REAL record to give any REAL voter the ability to make a decision. Unless you actually believe being a good "coommnunity organizer" qualifies you to run a country. So, any voter who is looking past something "cool" to do (I.E. being able to say I voted for the first black president) would have to look at one's associations. You are who you hang out with. This year, the repubilcans have either road to run down, Obama's record, or his associations. I think the lady is correct.
  12. I believe as a people we all need to sit back and soak on this for a while.........just look at what the media has done to us all. And all of it is to propagate thier own sense of "control" of the normal folk. It's no more than entertainment no less. Reality TV at it's edited best. It's encouraging to actually see real people step away from the edge of emotion and realize that maybe some rush to judgement was made on either side. Will we see our president do the same? I will stretch and say likley not. There will be no beer summit over this one. Poor judgement on both men in this case that led to a death. Period, end of story. The duplicity is in the media and those that would hipe the muddy facts to benefit thier own self appointed rightousness. Real people are conflicted on this in it's entirety, one because we lack a reasoning of the law as a whole, two because emotionally we see a young person's life cut short and thirdly and most importantly, we are getting a reminder to trust no one. There was a time Walter Cronkite came on and there was a sense of trust and objectiveness. But I fear, in the age of information overload, and social media exebitionist and vouyers, we seem to loose our moral compass. Some, having not even having a moral compass to refer to, will lean on thier own understanding and not that of our Heavanly Father's golden rule.
  13. It's more than Zimmerman to me.......The chief of Police of that area or sheriff as well........ Sheppard on FOX this evening reported that this young man lay in a morgue three days before his parents were notified. He had a cell phone in his pocket. Like Sheppard mentioned.......I am 47 and you type in DADDY on my phone and it's my father's phone number!!!! This child was and is being disrespected in a horrible, horrible way. Zimmerman had called 911 over 50 times in recent years..........most for nothing. this guy is a nut and needed to be bridled.
  14. So after all this, here we stand...........it's really telling if one reads this whole thread. You know, what matters here is a chid was set on fire. Who cares if it's a race crime I guess, something this vial should not need "hate crime" associated with it for maximum punishment. I'll side with you mojack, that we wait and see what all the facts are. But I will stand firm that if the races were indeed reversed, this would be all over the media and there would be no chance that "white boys" would have a say in the outcome of hate crime of not. And many a non caucasian parrot would be standing with signs to see to it locked in arms of prayer with Jessie.
