I think I am finally beginning to understand these translations...this one anyway. Talibani is announcing that he will soon be giving M. the official letter that says he can begin forming the government. It is confusing because M. has been working toward that end (we hope) for some time, now. He just has not yet been given the official letter that says he can do it. According to other posts T. will give M. the letter possibly on the 25th.. Talibani had X number of days to give M. this all important letter. It just gives him more time to get everything together. From the time he receives the letter he has 30 days to form. He doesn't have to use the entire time but has 30 days if he needs it. Hope it is sooner rather than later. Of course I may have misunderstood the whole thing.

I just wish Colin Powell would run.

Scooter...like the way you handled that. Since I have a few more years of living under my belt than most of you I may have noticed something some of you haven't....when people show disrespect to others, more times than not they would like to be in those peoples shoes which causes them to open their mouths before engaging their brains and we soon learn they aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer. You just do what you have/want to do and enjoy the most improtant gifts we have in this life ... family and friends. And just keep tellin it like it is...it feels good to get things off your chest...but do you have to take my training wheels away all at once. (JK on that last part.)

Well if we had an instruction manual regarding what Iraq will do when their currency RV's, we wouldn't need to be reading someone's theories about what is going to happen. But in case some people haven't noticed that manual is not avaiable. Therefore either read what someone has put hours of research into and take it for what it is or don't open the thread...no one is twisting your arm. I would like to thank you Scooter for all the work you do because without you and others I would understand little about this little venture I've jumped into ( glad I did) AND for sharing it with us. Knowing how Scooter has studied this thing for months, years...I don't know how long...makes me feel confident about his analysis and realize he has no way of giving us a date and rate but shares what he thinks. To everyone else I say what my Dad always told me...if you can't say something good...don't say anyhting.
