Warka has a Master card relationship with Warka . If you contact Citibank in NYC and start asking questions about Warka they will have no idea what you are talking about. I disagree. There is a lot of important and useful info in Adams book, before or after RV. You could also go at the investment blindly and save a few bucks. Is that a wise move ?? I think not. Example : will a local person show you the ins and outs of the ISX ?? A warka account ?? The cash out spreads ?? What to look for when purchasing currency ?? Food for thought.
