Over the weekend Delta was shocked...about Iraqi time 12 o'clock...they have live news...then talk about economy around 12:30....an economist was asking the CBI to lift the 3 zeros right away. Then the article came out. Frank said this was a BIG economist in Iraq. Delta verified this. He told them that the money supply was very low and the CBI needs to do this.Delta said Shabibi was straightforward and did not mention anything about September, etc. He said we need coordination. Talking about new LDs...And need to protect the 3 zeros...they are going to be legal tender for 2 years. 12 in the afternoon in Iraq. News. 4 o’clock they talk about economy. They come on talking about removing the 3 zeros and “enhance” the dinar. Then the article came out! Tell us about this economist. This guy has the power, the juice, and the inside track. He is very much respected. He is the one asking the CBI to do this. The money supply is too low. Shabibi came out. He was straight forward. He never mentioned 2013 or Sept. He said we need coordination! He needs security! New lower-denoms coming out. They have to protect the lower denoms. Legal tender. They will have value! 3 zero notes will still have value! When they RV, the government of Iraq own their own dinars...so there money will RV too. Everyone is ready to do this RV. Frank said last Monday we decided to talk with you about the articles about September and 2013. Notice Shabibi does not mention those dates. Delta said that he got his info through a teller that his CBI contact knows. Shabibi is a very good-hearted guy. This teller is an Iraqi citizen...and Shabibi told him that it is going to happen THIS MONTH!!! Frank's opinion on GCC. Now in a position to talk with Iraq. Iraq would you like to join us? On Iraqi TV it said they will be ready when done going over to Kuwait to take care of things....told them they HAVE TO FINISH ALL THE ISSUES with Kuwait BEFORE THE ARAB SUMMIT. GCC and Saudi Arabia told them this. IMF told the CBI inflation is getting out of hand and you need to lift the 3 zeros. In Arabic it said "stable"...need to control inflation and lift the zeros. The oil...Iraqi reached 3 million barrels per day TODAY. What do you think they are going to reach by the end of this year? (I think they said 6 million...) Frank says there will be ANOTHER RV (likely 2 more) before the end of this year! If they remove the 3 zeros denoms they won’t have enough money. They need them for a while. The gov’t needs them too for now. When the gov. revalues. They will have money too. GCC is talking to Iraq. Agreeing to removing chapter 7. Iraqia TV for first time. SA and Iraq. Still in advance stages. Told them last summer to finish issues with Kuwait. IMF told them that their inflation is getting out of control and needs to be stabilized. Lift the 3 zeros and raise the rate. Article. Came out 3 million barrels per day now. Next year 6 million per day! Warka bank negotiating. CBI will back money 100%. Excellent news says Frank. Warka deposit monies at CBI and pay 6% and pay 4 ½% on that. Capital will be backed by reserves. Business as usual. Contact works at Warka bank. National conference is a precursor to Arab summit. They don’t want us to see what they are up to before the summit. Frank says "in the still of the night" between 2 and 4 a.m. THEY (CBI) will release a rate...and then DELTA DAWN (Delta means change)...a change in the early morning(s) will occur. Arab summit between Arab countries. To do business with one another. Frank's conclusion is this: You'll never see anything about the National Conference. This is a precursor to the Arab Summit. M is going to visit the Kurds and it's possible that they are going to release the rate before M goes to the Kurds. Maliki will return but not likely still to see it by then. Iraq very close to accepting article 8. This is the month regardless. Have to do before the summit. But might wait to last day is possible. Frank says they can do a one - two punch and knock both out! All of a sudden Saudi Arabia changing their mind about article 8. All good news! They are about to make money with Iraq. Frank says their pattern their history leans us toward seeing this at last nano-second. Security nightmare with Arab summit and RV at same time. A possibility for a buffer zone of 10 days perhaps. The rate of exchange was so small 1170 to 1166 .....what benefit did the Iraq people gain in this move.

Does that mean exactly 'in September' as 'not in August' and 'not in October"..... or is this a loose translation that needs deeper investigation and study.??? Could it possibly mean 'by September" which could it could happen any time between March and September..... this is my hope.
