Maliki gains power. His policy has always been a low Dinar, money laundering, keeping USD on the streets & CBI auctions. There are also other threats, he will re-introduce ISIS into Iraq, turn citizens against each other & cozy up to Iran. If all this materializes, we can kiss the RV good-by...IMO. What say you?
