Dollar apocalypse

A group of US financial analysts has been predicting a dollar apocalypse that will devastate economies and lives all over the globe. The problem, according to them, is the wayward dollar. The world’s reserve currency that has oiled international trade since the demise of the Gold Standard has been rapidly losing value as a profligate United States prints more and more dollars to cover its growing spending gap. Since 1971 when the then US President Richard Nixon declared that the US dollar would no longer be backed by gold, the global financial community has relied on the prudence of America’s central bank, the Federal Reserve Bureau (better known as the Fed), to maintain the dollar’s credibility. For most of the years since then, the Fed could print more dollar notes than the US economy needed without increasing its reserves of gold or stoking domestic inflation. The system worked because in the decades since 1971, world trade burgeoned like never before and the demand for dollars to finance that trade remained high. While every country had to sell something to get dollars, for the US government dollars were free, they could just be printed and used to buy things. There was, of course, a limit to the amount of dollars that the Fed would print. For, as every economist knows no responsible government can allow money supply to grow beyond some level considered prudent. Financial experts, central bankers around the world and even governments closely watched the US Fed’s figure for money-supply growth, what economists call the M3 — the total of cash, bank deposits and so on. Then suddenly in 2006, the Fed stopped publishing M3 figures and left it to the financial community to guess just how much dollar liquidity was growing. At about the same time, it was clear that US trade deficit with China and other countries had gone through the roof and the Fed was having to raise more and more debt to finance that and a growing budget deficit. American spending had breached its earning envelope and was in free rise. The US federal budget deficit continues to surge and will hit $1.4 trillion this year. US national debt is capped at the level of $14.3 trillion and US President Barack Obama needs to legislate if the government is to borrow beyond this limit. But if this is not done by August 2, then the US Treasury could actually default on loan repayment, an event that is certain to trigger a tsunami in global financial markets. One way to avoid that would be to print even more dollars — literally print one’s way out of debt. Some financial analysts claim that the monetisation of the US debt has been going on for the past two years through the expansion of deposit currency. This could lead to dollar-hyper inflation and eventually, perhaps, the end of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. Already, the value of the dollar has been falling. Every strong currency has gained against the dollar; some exceptions include the South Asian countries, sanctions-hit Iran and troubled economies like Syria and Laos. In Europe, every single country has gained over the dollar except Turkey, Ukraine and Belarus. In Australia, for the first time in history, the local dollar is worth more than a US dollar! Even the battered Euro has risen 11 per cent against the dollar. The impact of the inflationary dollar on world trade has been devastating, especially for countries with high levels of inelastic import demand. Since most globally traded goods are priced in dollars, as the value of the dollar falls, their dollar price tends to rise. This is one reason for the sharp increases in global commodity prices, including that of oil. In many parts of the world, investors, including central bankers, are gradually but surely divesting their dollar assets and buying gold and silver. The dollar is rapidly losing credibility. India is groaning under the weight of rising commodity prices, especially oil. India’s high dependence on energy imports has led to skyrocketing energy import bills, huge trade deficits and a consequent pressure on the rupee. As energy imports get more expensive, India will find itself increasingly in trouble with the Indian rupee unable to compensate for the falling value of the US dollar. Unlike other strong currencies, the real value of the rupee will continue to plummet. At one level, India’s dilemma reflects a global issue: the lack of a credible alternative to the dollar. Despite periodic statements by world leaders that the global financial system needs reworking, nobody has been able to come up with a working solution that would do away with the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. Everybody is hoping that the US government will mend its ways, get its finances in shape and avert the inevitable crisis. Problem is that all countries are resistant to change, especially when it threatens to affect their way of life. In Washington, too, there is no consensus on how to reduce expenditures: Democrats are looking at the whole problem as a social-spending issue; Republicans are resisting proposals to increase taxes on the rich; and President Obama, who clearly recognises the need to bring some budgetary order, is hamstrung by concerns about his re-election next year. To many American lawmakers, the global currency crisis might look chimerical, an unreal threat dreamed up by crazy financial experts. Problem is if it does break, it will not just bring down large parts of the global financial system but the power of the United States as well. * The author is an independent security and political risk consultant

Well that was pretty sobering... I think we all have already realized the US is in serious trouble financially, but with all the RV stuff, it's easy to forget about it. But the truth is, the world is in a very precarious place right now. Makes me go back to the whole 2012 thing and remember that we're about to enter a new cycle where the old ways of doing things won't work and we'll have to find new ones. I think compassion and kindness need to guide us now more than ever, but it sure would be nice if the RV happened first so that we could fortify ourselves first!!!

The dollar apocalypse already occurred 78 years ago. It began in 1913 upon the unconstitutional forming of the federal reserve which is a privately owned foreign bank. The total apocalypse was completed in 1933 when FDR put the United States. Inc., into chapter 11 bankruptcy in which this country has been operating under ever since. There is no DOLLAR since federal reserve NOTES is not even MONEY! They are nothing but IOU'S, promises to PAY, privately issued debt instruments that are issued by private foreign bankers to government in the form of loans.

Only gold and silver is actual MONEY which FDR confiscated from the people in 1933 under executive order and congress then declared it public policy to be able to PAY for ANY DEBT, in gold or silver under policy that if you did you were faced with a $10,000 fine and up to 5 years in prison. Only the people were duped into this private policy because it never applied to we the people and only applied to government and its corporate employees. The people out of total ignorance by not knowing who they were and what the defacto private corporation acting as a government did.

The real government, the republican form of government for the united states of America ceased to exist when the southern states walked out of Congress sine die any to never return. That dissolved the original federal government and Lincoln replaced those congressman with ranking military officers. They created the new constitution we know of today with the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA with the original organic constitution that was called The constitution FOR the united State of America. The new constitution OF the United States is actually the constitution for the District of Columbia which IS the actual UNITED STATES located within the 10 square miles of DC. Because the original government ceased to exist and was dissolved when the southern states walked out, Lincoln placed the entire country under military rule and handed it all over to the military for their control to protect the Nation from the foreign bankers. All the courts today all are operating under military law which is why they all fly the military war flag in their courts. Those American flags with the gold fringe and eagle on top are actual military war flags as specified in the army manuals.

When FDR placed the United States into bankruptcy and took all the people's money and all other property from them, they had to structure everything where they would have to take care of protecting the people and insure all their bills would be paid for since the people no longer had any money, could no longer buy anything, or pay any debts with money, and could no longer OWN anything! They structured the entire system by where ALL property would be vested in the STATE for the safe keeping of the beneficiaries which is we the people.

To be able to pull this all off they had to create a complete system made up of fictional entities because they could never rule over other men and women. They could only make laws pertaining to other fictional entities. To accomplish this they used the birth certificate to gain control over a unknowing population of what they did where people would actually end up consenting themselves to all the liability for someone they are not. By using the birth certificate they created what is known today in all their laws, codes, statues, public policies, etc., as the corporate fictional "person" or "individual".

The STATE creates a birth certificate which is really a legal title to that NAME listed on it. Even some STATES have already admitted that they do NOT register any births of babies, but what they register is just an EVENT! That EVENT is the birth of the newly STATE created fictional NAME which for the most part they spell in all capital letters which is a requirement for names of corporations under a Delaware law.

That NAME is nothing but FICTION created by the STATE! Sure, your mother gave you the same name at birth, but your mother also signed off on that same name as an INFORMANT for the STATE witnessing the STATE'S new STATE created NAME on the STATE'S document known as a birth certificate which is actually the legal title to the STATE created fictional NAME. Who holds the original wet ink signed birth certificate that was created by the STATE in the hospital when you were born? The STATE does! Try and get the STATE to release that original document to you and tell them they can just make a COPY for their records. See what they tell you! They will flat out tell you that you cannot have that and that THEY own that document, not YOU! Well now just think about that for a second. IF that Name belongs to YOU, and that birth certificate is suppose to represent and identify YOU, then wouldn't that be YOUR property that YOU would be entitled to have? Well it ain't, because that AIN'T YOU!

Think about people. WHAT ARE YOU? Are YOU a NAME? Or are YOU a flesh and blood living Man or Woman created by your creator? How can you BE THE Name? It is just a Name. A made up thing which is nothing but a FICTION. A NAME does not live, it doesn't breathe, it has no heart or soul, it's just a made up Name. So are you THE Name or THE Man or Woman? Just because you may be called by a Name does not make you THE name. The Name is the Name. It ain't YOU! You are a Man or Woman, not THE Name! You merely USE the Name, but that doesn't make you THE Name.

Starting to get the picture here folks?

All these laws, codes, statutes, public policies, etc., none them apply to YOU the living Man or Woman. They apply to the NAME. The STATE created owned corporate fictional "person" or "individual".

The STATE owns that Name and the STATE holds the original legal title to that Name. Only you THINK that Name has always been YOU! Your mother may have given you the same name to call you, but the STATE also created that same Name as a corporate fictional "person". Then YOU obtain a certified copy of the STATES legal title to their fictional created Name AKA the birth certificate, in which the STATE issues to you for your USE. You then take that certified COPY and you USE it to go out obtain more STATE owned documents such as a STATE drivers license, STATE licenses, STATE registrations, STATE marriage licenses, STATE social security cards, etc, etc, etc., ALL of which merely identify the STATE created and owned corporate fictional NAME! Then YOU go about your business in life USING the STATE'S fictional created NAME in every aspect of everything you do. You go out and get a job, you provide your employer with the STATE'S NAME, You then get issued a PROMISE TO PAY in the form of a payCHECK issued in that STATE'S Name, which you opened a bank account controlled by the federal reserve banks, which was opened in the STATE'S Name, which you deposit into the STATE'S bank account under the STATE'S Name that you opened, which you then USE the federal reserve NOTES you withdraw in either cash or in the form of a check, and you go buy things with it which was all bought under the STATE'S Name, which means everything you ever acquire belongs to the STATE and is the STATE'S property, not YOURS! You even register all major property to the STATE using the STATE'S Name they issued to you for your USE. You register your homes with the county which is a sub-corp of the STATE, you buy a new car you give the STATE that manufacturers certificate of origin which IS the original lawful title to that car, and the STATE then issues you a CERTIFICATE OF TITLE which the STATE even plasters their Name across showing the STATE OF XXXXXX. Then once ALL property is vested in the STATE after YOU have transferred it all over to the STATE through registering to the STATE and/or recording the DEEDS to property to the county, they then use all that property to securitize so they can create bonds to sell and make money off all that property we all transferred to the STATE! We own nothing! The STATE owns everything!

When FDR placed the United States into bankruptcy and confiscated all the MONEY (gold and silver) and ALL OTHER PROPERTY, and because WE could no longer have MONEY to pay our debts with, and could no longer OWN any property, because everything has been transferred to the STATE, they set it up to where the COMPTROLLER OF CURRENCY is the one responsible for paying ALL THE BILLS! YOU are not suppose to be paying any bills. The comptroller is suppose to be paying all your bills! YOU can't pay for any bills even if you wanted to because is NO MONEY that would enable you to pay any bills with!

Even the US code clearly states that federal reserve NOTES are debt OBLIGATIONS of the UNITED STATES! Well guess what, YOU are not the UNITED STATES! The UNITED STATES is a private corporation and only they are liable for all debts which is federal reserve NOTES!

If you get into the federal reserve act, and read the 1933 emergency banking act, no where will you find anything that ever authorized the people to use federal reserve notes for anything. Federal reserve notes is private script that was only authorized to be internally used by the Federal Reserve, Federal Reserve Banks, all National Banks controlled under the Federal reserve Banks, and Government! Well are YOU the Federal Reserve or the Federal Reserve Bank or a National Bank or the private corporate Government? I know I'm not! So by what authority are you even using these federal reserve notes under? None exist!

The way they set up this system is based on nothing but credit and debt. WE the PEOPLE are the CREDITORS and THEY are the DEBTORS! Because they took the MONEY away and took ALL PROPERTY away, and THEY are suppose to be paying ALL THE BILLS, the way it works is, you send in the payment VOUCHER which is the CHECK you are to be using to get your bill settled with, they then pay that bill by offsetting and crediting the amount owed on that bill by using YOUR CREDIT, which then would CANCEL that DEBT out whereby that would reduce the National debt by that amount! If everyone did this properly there would be NO DEBT AT ALL because it would all be offset and discharged. That is what bankruptcy does! It discharges the debt owed!

The Federal Reserve lends its CREDIT to the Government, (Federal Reserve NOTES), WE the PEOPLE provide all OUR CREDIT through ALL OF OUR LABOR! We provide OUR labor which produces everything there is into existence. ALL products and services. WE do NOT get PAID anything for our labor because THEY took all the MONEY away because of their bankruptcy. Because we never are PAID for OUR LABOR, everything WE produce in the form of goods and services is ALL actually PREPAID! WE paid with our labor for everything. THEY then take ownership of ALL property that WE provided all the labor to produce, and THEY use all the property to securitize and make TRILLIONS from which they are suppose to use to settle ALL OUR BILLS with!

But what is happening is because WE are sending in checks every month to pay a debt with a debt that we were never even authorized to use (federal reserve notes), what happens is THEY have been using that debt towards the payment of a debt which only actually increases the National debt by that much more, and instead of them discharging that debt with OUR CREDIT like they are suppose to be doing, they instead have been STEALING all of OUR CR$EDIT and stashing it all into their private CAFR accounts and instead of the debts being properly discharged, the debt just keeps growing and growing and growing to where now the real debt owed is actually over $650 TRILLION now because they never used OUR CREDIT to properly discharge all of our bills like they were supposed to be doing.

Don't believe any of this stuff? Go read the 1933 statutes at large. Most of this is right there spelled out for you. Only no one ever bothers to read all their laws and most wouldn't be able to understand them even if they did because of all the legalese they used by having all their unconstitutional attorneys write these laws. Plus all the cross references you have to go back through by reading hundreds of cross referenced laws already on the books. This is why they removed the original 13th amendment that did not allow esquires to ever become elected officials.

None of these traitors are even US Citizens anymore. Once they became a public official or employee of any government corporation including every government level from the city, county, State and Federal, they ALL relinquish their US citizenship upon their oath to office! They all become US FOREIGN SUBJECTS which is all clearly spelled out within their own laws!

It is like when you go to court, what is the very first thing they do? They call out a NAME and then YOU stand up and approach the front of the court, then the very first thing the Judge says, is, are YOU JOHN DOE? And everyone answers, YES I AM!!!! WRONG! YOU are NOT JOHN DOE! The NAME is JOHN DOE! YOU are just a Man or Woman created by your creator! You are NOT a fictional NAME! Especially that fictional legal Name created by the STATE that the STATE has issued to you for your USE which is for the mutual benefit of you and the STATE!

The court MUST....MUST, get YOU to freely CONSENT to their jurisdiction by YOU claiming to BE that fictional legal NAME created and owned by the STATE. If they don't get your consent they cannot move forward with anything against YOU the flesh and blood living man or woman. The courts are all fictional entities. They can only have jurisdiction over other fictional entities. Therefore they need for YOU to freely consent by allowing YOU to claim to BE that NAME! Most Judges know YOU are not that NAME, but if YOU claim to BE THE Name, the judge can't do anything about that unless someone in court first OBJECTS to your claim of BEING something you are not! Without any objections the court has no choice but to accept YOUR false claim of claiming to BE that STATE created fictional legal Name know as the corporate fictional legal "person" or "individual" defined within all the corporate fictional laws, codes, statutes and regulations.

Do a little research and you will find that no State or Federal document we referred to some as a form of ID has no legislation nor is there any legislational intent given or shown, that any of these forms and documents are to be used as forms of identification to identify any man or woman with. If there are no laws and no legislational intent to use a birth certificate, drivers license, marriage certificate, social security card, etc, etc., as a form of identification to identify a man or woman with, then WHAT EVIDENCE is there that YOU are THE NAME? There is none! None exists! The ONLY thing that does exist is YOUR own self claim to BE whatever you say you are! And what EVIDENCE do YOU have that YOU are THE Name? You don't have any evidence of it either, unless you can remember being born. So how do YOU know you are THE Name? What do you really know? The ONLY thing you know is whatever your mommy TOLD YOU. And if your only evidence is based on what you were told, well, that is merely HEARSAY and hearsay is not admissible in any court of law! BUT, since no one is going to OBJECT to that claim, the court has no other choice but to accept YOUR CLAIM of BEING who or what YOU say YOU ARE! So what has really happened here?

What happens in every single case is anything you say or do, WILL be used AGAINST YOU and YOU end up throwing the book at yourself in every single case! You start out by providing HEARSAY by saying YOU ARE THE Name, and because you can't even possibly BE THE Name, you commit perjury right there, by making a FALSE CLAIM by stating YOU are something you are not! You self incriminate yourself every single time by making a false claim, claiming to be something you are not, then perjuring yourself in the process, where everything you claimed was all based on hearsay evidence because no one in that court exists that has any firsthand knowledge of you BEING some NAME!

What the Judge is suppose to do is settle the claim and discharge the debt owed on the claim because they are public officials and ALL public officials are TRUSTEES under their fictional legal system, and since WE are NOT the Name, WE are mere USERS of the Name, which is the STATE'S created legal fictional Name, WE are the beneficiaries and no beneficiary can be held liable for anything. Only the TRUSTEES are liable for the proper administration of handling the business and affairs of the TRUST! But they deceive and trick you into allowing you to claim to be the TRUSTEE by claiming to BE that Name and all that liability is then shifted to you through your own consent, which they justify this through their maxim of law which says....ignorance of the law is no excuse!

There was a Supreme Court Justice that had made a statement once where he has stated, there is not one single person that is sitting in any prison that did not freely volunteer to be there!. Well now you know WHY!

Even most attorneys are ignorant of this stuff and of the ones that do know cannot help you with this because their first duty and loyalty if to the court, NOT their client! And if they ever tried to expose this truth in any court they would lose their bar card faster than you could shake a stick! The courts are NOT there to provide JUSTICE for the people! They are only there as a means to rape, plunder and pillage the credit from the people. The Judge is nothing but a debt collector. Every single case no matter how small or minor or how big, every single one of they are bonded where the court makes money from it. And it is all found in the CRIS reports where they have stashed hundreds of BILLIONS made off the credit of the people. The bigger the case, the longer the prison sentence, the more they make off the case!

Think about it. Whenever there is a real crime that involves a real injury to one of the people, they prosecute the person, then the court makes MILLIONS off bonding that case where they send the person to prison for 10 - 20 years, then the STATES gives you a slap on the back acting proud like you got justice served today! Really? Well since you were the victim, then WHY is the court keeping the MILLIONS being made off that bond created instead of you the victim getting that money? The court isn't the victim. They were not damaged in anyway. They are already paid and funded for, so why are they keeping all the BILLIONS being made of the people through bonding their cases and the victims are left with nothing for their damages other than a slap on the back how they got justice because the person went to prison?

It's all a big scam folks and your entire life is truly being lived in a matrix because nothing is what it appears and you have been lied to about everything just so they can extort and steal the real wealth from this Nation which is the credit of the PEOPLE!

Don't take my word for it. Look it up and research it yourself. And get a Black's 3rd or 4th edition legal dictionary because you will need that just to learn the real meanings of words being used. They take common words that we have common understanding of their meanings when used on the street, but they gave many of these same words different legal meanings that if you don't know their real legal meanings you will completely misunderstand a lot of the words being used.

All of us, brainwashed since birth for the past 2 to 3 generations...

None of us know how to make a light bulb...how to make matches to create fire...we would all be totally scewed if the govt turned off our power stations. we don't know how to make furniture...how to build a house

...unless you are a builder or a carpenter, of course....but even THEY do not really know how best to fell a tree...how to MAKE concrete slabs...etc...we would all need to start from scratch.

Now back to the topic of this post...yes well done!! i have tried to explain to people about the UNITED STATE of America.. when it mentions the word STAT or STATES...thaey are NOT talking about the various geographical states....like NY, FLA...IL...etc...no...they are talking about an AGREEMENT of sorts....GOVERN ....MENT to do with Govern = control and MENTA...the mind.

Yes we have been programmed and brainwashed since birth. Our parents were brainwashed, our grandparents were brainwashed. No one paid any attention the men behind the curtain to what they were really doing. This is why they took over the schools to create the public fools system. To dumb down society hoping no one would ever figure out what they did.

The problem is they don't honor their side of the system. Once you really can understand what they did it was actually an extremely brilliant plan they put together. But once they figured out just how ignorant to everything we were and they figured out how they can just steal all our credit they let greed and hunger for power get in the way and now after 78 years of getting away with this they don't want to have to give it up.

Well I have some strong mixed feelings on this dinar stuff, but not over whether it is a scam or not. The problem is this won't fix any problems. Iraq is now under control of the same private bankers we and most other coutries have been under. They are to turn Iraq into the same thing they did with us and most other countries. This is just part of the plan to establish their one world order. If they honored their end of everything it would be great because no one would ever go hungry or be homeless because we as a people have prepaid for everything as a whole and everything that we need is there for our use.

This all ties directly in with the scriptures. You can't even believe just how much it does. I'm not one versed much in scriptures but I have been learning more as I go and it is like a written play book for us all to live by.

God gave man dominion over the earth and all things on it. Dominion has nothing to do with ownership and has everything to do with use and control. God says we are to do on earth as it is done in heaven. Well is there money, credit or debt in heaven? Is there ownership in heaven? I don't believe there is. So if there is no money, credit, debt or ownership in heaven, then why are we claiming ownership of things here on earth? You come into this world with nothing and we all leave it with nothing. You are not born with having money, debt, credit or ownership of anything and you certainly can't take anything with you when you leave. So why are we using money and claiming ownership of things if that is not how it is done in heaven?

On earth the STATE claims ownership of everything like God claims ownership of everything in heaven. In heaven you pledge everything to God. On earth you pledge everything to the STATE which is actually controlled by satan which is the one God cast out of heaven.

Now imagine if no one was trying to claim ownership of anything? There would not be any wars because there would be nothing to fight over. Everything is being fought over ownership of something. All wars are being fought over ownership.

We need to learn who we are and how we are suppose to live here on earth and do as it is done in heaven. If we all did this there would be peace on earth. If people just learned to let go of everything and let the STATE just have it all, what is left to fight over? What controversy would there be over anything? That is all the courts are doing is settling a controversy because people are fighting over ownership of property they don't even own and cannot ever own. Is it any wonder why the STATE has declared the people the enemy? We keep fighting against the STATE trying to claim ownership of property they already own. That creates a controversy and they can't allow you to own anything and by your claiming ownership they then hold you liable for the debt owed to settle that controversy and even after you pay that debt with giving them your body to put in their prisons, you still end up not owning anything you were claiming the ownership of. So why fight by going to war with the STATE only to be treated as the enemy and end up being the surety to settle the debt on things you don't even own?

It is time to come out of her. Let go of everything and let the STATE have it all. You get the use of everything so who cares who claims ownership of it? With ownership comes all the liability. With just being a user there is no liability. So why own when you can control and have use of everything?

People are under the illusion that by getting millions from this dinar investment that this will somehow help fix the problems and help pay our debt. Nothing can be further from the truth because all this will do is grow the debt by all that much more. You cannot settle any debt with debt. And what are you going to get from this dinar? A lot more debt! You are going to get just more IOU debt in the form of federal reserve notes that once you spend it into society it will grow the total debt by that much more. We are not suppose to be using these notes as a form of money for our needs. All of our needs have already been prepaid by our labor. Well it isn't quite that easy because these judges will test you and try to trip you up and they are pretty good at that. You must know who you really are and everything has to come from the heart and having total faith in it. Otherwise they will end up tricking you and you will end up claiming that name and won't figure it out until after the fact.

For one, you don't say I am not that name. The judge will just say if you are not this name then I'm issuing a bench warrant for failure to appear. You don't ever make any type of statement at all because they WILL use that against you. You must answer everything with a question. You question everything by making them produce the evidence to prove you are the name, which they can't do. But they can trick you into claiming the name.

The only reason you appear is to inform them there has been a mistake. How can I help you with this matter? Are YOU John Doe? What evidence do you have that I am? Is this not your name? What evidence do you have that it is? Do you have a drivers license? Why is the STATE using the Name as a form of identification? Where is the legislative intent for any forms such a DL be used for identification purposes?

There is no legislative intent not=r is there any legislation that states any of these form can be used for the purpose of identification to identify someone. In fact, most of not all legislation specifically states these forms are NOT to be used as identification. SS cards, birth certificates, they say these are not to be used as identification. And how could they be used when none of those forms even belong to you? It all belongs to the STATE and they can take them back at any time. So what does it identify if anything? Just some Name which is not you.

Very good post, makes one think and should. There is more though then one might think. Where has all the mom and pop farms gone, the mom and pop factories for furniture etc, the mom and pop gas stations, all put out by the regulation and taxing of the Usa. It is harder to control mom and pop shops too many to control but do away with them and then control the big chains with tax incentives and govt. subsidy untill they are bankrupt and the govt. wallks in and takes over them and prices and supplys are now what the gov says and what they want.

Yes you might think this is stupid or crazy but let me ask one question, when was the last time you walked into a business and spent some time talking with your neighbor, keep the people busy and seperated and they become uncaring and disasociated with each other and become self reliant and self centered.

BTW....an easy way to not even get a ticket is to never hand anything to a cop. They MUST get YOU to hand them that license and registration just so they can get jurisdiction over you. Once you hand it to them you just consented by claiming YOU are that name.

What does the cop usually say? Can I have YOUR license and registration? Well it isn't YOUR license and registration. Those things belong to the STATE and the STATE has issued them to you for your USE. So that is not YOUR property to GIVE to anyone. If your neighbot trusted you with say, his lawnmower, would you then give it to some other neighbor to use without the permission of the neighbor that let you use it? Then why would you give the STATE'S property to someone else?

Instead, lay your wallet on the dash and leave the registration and insurance in the golve box. Then when a cop asks you for it, you simply say, well, there is that wallet laying up there on the dash, you might want to look in that and see if there is anything in there you might be able to use. Can you take out and hand it to me? Oh, I'm sorry, but I couldn't do that because it isn't mine to give. Can I see your registertation and insurance? Well, you might want to look in that glove box there and see if there is anything in there you can use.

And if one doesn't walk away and does take it, and then asks you, is this you? Now wait a minute, listen to what you just said. I'm standing right here and then you point at that piece of paper and ask if I am that piece of paper. How can I be a piece of paper if I am me standing here? Is this YOUR name? I'm not the Name. Just a couple of things to add.

You mentioned that when in court you should always ask questions.

That's very difficult for most people and the courts are getting wise to that and very quickly knock the novice over by tripping him up. The current thinking is to continualy conditionally accept everything they say on proof of claim. "I'll accept that statement on proof that xyz is true, document and varify" etc. This makes them work much harder and is much easier for the court novice to deal with than formulating questions while under pressure. The dollar apocalypse already occurred 78 years ago. It began in 1913 upon the unconstitutional forming of the federal reserve which is a privately owned foreign bank. The total apocalypse was completed in 1933 when FDR put the United States. Inc., into chapter 11 bankruptcy in which this country has been operating under ever since. There is no DOLLAR since federal reserve NOTES is not even MONEY! They are nothing but IOU'S, promises to PAY, privately issued debt instruments that are issued by private foreign bankers to government in the form of loans.

Only gold and silver is actual MONEY which FDR confiscated from the people in 1933 under executive order and congress then declared it public policy to be able to PAY for ANY DEBT, in gold or silver under policy that if you did you were faced with a $10,000 fine and up to 5 years in prison. Only the people were duped into this private policy because it never applied to we the people and only applied to government and its corporate employees. The people out of total ignorance by not knowing who they were and what the defacto private corporation acting as a government did.

The real government, the republican form of government for the united states of America ceased to exist when the southern states walked out of Congress sine die any to never return. That dissolved the original federal government and Lincoln replaced those congressman with ranking military officers. They created the new constitution we know of today with the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA with the original organic constitution that was called The constitution FOR the united State of America. The new constitution OF the United States is actually the constitution for the District of Columbia which IS the actual UNITED STATES located within the 10 square miles of DC. Because the original government ceased to exist and was dissolved when the southern states walked out, Lincoln placed the entire country under military rule and handed it all over to the military for their control to protect the Nation from the foreign bankers. All the courts today all are operating under military law which is why they all fly the military war flag in their courts. Those American flags with the gold fringe and eagle on top are actual military war flags as specified in the army manuals.

When FDR placed the United States into bankruptcy and took all the people's money and all other property from them, they had to structure everything where they would have to take care of protecting the people and insure all their bills would be paid for since the people no longer had any money, could no longer buy anything, or pay any debts with money, and could no longer OWN anything! They structured the entire system by where ALL property would be vested in the STATE for the safe keeping of the beneficiaries which is we the people.

To be able to pull this all off they had to create a complete system made up of fictional entities because they could never rule over other men and women. They could only make laws pertaining to other fictional entities. To accomplish this they used the birth certificate to gain control over a unknowing population of what they did where people would actually end up consenting themselves to all the liability for someone they are not. By using the birth certificate they created what is known today in all their laws, codes, statues, public policies, etc., as the corporate fictional "person" or "individual".

The STATE creates a birth certificate which is really a legal title to that NAME listed on it. Even some STATES have already admitted that they do NOT register any births of babies, but what they register is just an EVENT! That EVENT is the birth of the newly STATE created fictional NAME which for the most part they spell in all capital letters which is a requirement for names of corporations under a Delaware law.

That NAME is nothing but FICTION created by the STATE! Sure, your mother gave you the same name at birth, but your mother also signed off on that same name as an INFORMANT for the STATE witnessing the STATE'S new STATE created NAME on the STATE'S document known as a birth certificate which is actually the legal title to the STATE created fictional NAME. Who holds the original wet ink signed birth certificate that was created by the STATE in the hospital when you were born? The STATE does! Try and get the STATE to release that original document to you and tell them they can just make a COPY for their records. See what they tell you! They will flat out tell you that you cannot have that and that THEY own that document, not YOU! Well now just think about that for a second. IF that Name belongs to YOU, and that birth certificate is suppose to represent and identify YOU, then wouldn't that be YOUR property that YOU would be entitled to have? Well it ain't, because that AIN'T YOU!

Think about people. WHAT ARE YOU? Are YOU a NAME? Or are YOU a flesh and blood living Man or Woman created by your creator? How can you BE THE Name? It is just a Name. A made up thing which is nothing but a FICTION. A NAME does not live, it doesn't breathe, it has no heart or soul, it's just a made up Name. So are you THE Name or THE Man or Woman? Just because you may be called by a Name does not make you THE name. The Name is the Name. It ain't YOU! You are a Man or Woman, not THE Name! All these laws, codes, statutes, public policies, etc., none them apply to YOU the living Man or Woman. They apply to the NAME. The STATE created owned corporate fictional "person" or "individual".

The STATE owns that Name and the STATE holds the original legal title to that Name. Only you THINK that Name has always been YOU! Your mother may have given you the same name to call you, but the STATE also created that same Name as a corporate fictional "person". Then YOU obtain a certified copy of the STATES legal title to their fictional created Name AKA the birth certificate, in which the STATE issues to you for your USE. You then take that certified COPY and you USE it to go out obtain more STATE owned documents such as a STATE drivers license, STATE licenses, STATE registrations, STATE marriage licenses, STATE social security cards, etc, etc, etc., ALL of which merely identify the STATE created and owned corporate fictional NAME! Then YOU go about your business in life USING the STATE'S fictional created NAME in every aspect of everything you do. You go out and get a job, you provide your employer with the STATE'S NAME, You then get issued a PROMISE TO PAY in the form of a payCHECK issued in that STATE'S Name, which you opened a bank account controlled by the federal reserve banks, which was opened in the STATE'S Name, which you deposit into the STATE'S bank account under the STATE'S Name that you opened, which you then USE the federal reserve NOTES you withdraw in either cash or in the form of a check, and you go buy things with it which was all bought under the STATE'S Name, which means everything you ever acquire belongs to the STATE and is the STATE'S property, not YOURS! You even register all major property to the STATE using the STATE'S Name they issued to you for your USE. You register your homes with the county which is a sub-corp of the STATE, you buy a new car you give the STATE that manufacturers certificate of origin which IS the original lawful title to that car, and the STATE then issues you a CERTIFICATE OF TITLE which the STATE even plasters their Name across showing the STATE OF XXXXXX. Then once ALL property is vested in the STATE after YOU have transferred it all over to the STATE through registering to the STATE and/or recording the DEEDS to property to the county, they then use all that property to securitize so they can create bonds to sell and make money off all that property we all transferred to the STATE! We own nothing! The STATE owns everything!

Even the US code clearly states that federal reserve NOTES are debt OBLIGATIONS of the UNITED STATES! Well guess what, YOU are not the UNITED STATES! The UNITED STATES is a private corporation and only they are liable for all debts which is federal reserve NOTES!

If you get into the federal reserve act, and read the 1933 emergency banking act, no where will you find anything that ever authorized the people to use federal reserve notes for anything. Federal reserve notes is private script that was only authorized to be internally used by the Federal Reserve, Federal Reserve Banks, all National Banks controlled under the Federal reserve Banks, and Government! Well are YOU the Federal Reserve or the Federal Reserve Bank or a National Bank or the private corporate Government? I know I'm not! So by what authority are you even using these federal reserve notes under? None exist!

The way they set up this system is based on nothing but credit and debt. WE the PEOPLE are the CREDITORS and THEY are the DEBTORS! Because they took the MONEY away and took ALL PROPERTY away, and THEY are suppose to be paying ALL THE BILLS, the way it works is, you send in the payment VOUCHER which is the CHECK you are to be using to get your bill settled with, they then pay that bill by offsetting and crediting the amount owed on that bill by using YOUR CREDIT, which then would CANCEL that DEBT out whereby that would reduce the National debt by that amount! If everyone did this properly there would be NO DEBT AT ALL because it would all be offset and discharged. That is what bankruptcy does! It discharges the debt owed!

The Federal Reserve lends its CREDIT to the Government, (Federal Reserve NOTES), WE the PEOPLE provide all OUR CREDIT through ALL OF OUR LABOR! We provide OUR labor which produces everything there is into existence. ALL products and services. WE do NOT get PAID anything for our labor because THEY took all the MONEY away because of their bankruptcy. Because we never are PAID for OUR LABOR, everything WE produce in the form of goods and services is ALL actually PREPAID! WE paid with our labor for everything. THEY then take ownership of ALL property that WE provided all the labor to produce, and THEY use all the property to securitize and make TRILLIONS from which they are suppose to use to settle ALL OUR BILLS with!

But what is happening is because WE are sending in checks every month to pay a debt with a debt that we were never even authorized to use (federal reserve notes), what happens is THEY have been using that debt towards the payment of a debt which only actually increases the National debt by that much more, and instead of them discharging that debt with OUR CREDIT like they are suppose to be doing, they instead have been STEALING all of OUR CR$EDIT and stashing it all into their private CAFR accounts and instead of the debts being properly discharged, the debt just keeps growing and growing and growing to where now the real debt owed is actually over $650 TRILLION now because they never used OUR CREDIT to properly discharge all of our bills like they were supposed to be doing.

Don't believe any of this stuff? Go read the 1933 statutes at large. Most of this is right there spelled out for you. Only no one ever bothers to read all their laws and most wouldn't be able to understand them even if they did because of all the legalese they used by having all their unconstitutional attorneys write these laws. Plus all the cross references you have to go back through by reading hundreds of cross referenced laws already on the books. This is why they removed the original 13th amendment that did not allow esquires to ever become elected officials.

None of these traitors are even US Citizens anymore. Once they became a public official or employee of any government corporation including every government level from the city, county, State and Federal, they ALL relinquish their US citizenship upon their oath to office! They all become US FOREIGN SUBJECTS which is all clearly spelled out within their own laws!

It is like when you go to court, what is the very first thing they do? YOU are NOT JOHN DOE! The NAME is JOHN DOE! YOU are just a Man or Woman created by your creator! You are NOT a fictional NAME! The court MUST....MUST, get YOU to freely CONSENT to their jurisdiction by YOU claiming to BE that fictional legal NAME created and owned by the STATE. If they don't get your consent they cannot move forward with anything against YOU the flesh and blood living man or woman. The courts are all fictional entities. They can only have jurisdiction over other fictional entities. Therefore they need for YOU to freely consent by allowing YOU to claim to BE that NAME! Most Judges know YOU are not that NAME, but if YOU claim to BE THE Name, the judge can't do anything about that unless someone in court first OBJECTS to your claim of BEING something you are not! Without any objections the court has no choice but to accept YOUR false claim of claiming to BE that STATE created fictional legal Name know as the corporate fictional legal "person" or "individual" defined within all the corporate fictional laws, codes, statutes and regulations.

What happens in every single case is anything you say or do, WILL be used AGAINST YOU and YOU end up throwing the book at yourself in every single case! You start out by providing HEARSAY by saying YOU ARE THE Name, and because you can't even possibly BE THE Name, you commit perjury right there, by making a FALSE CLAIM by stating YOU are something you are not! You self incriminate yourself every single time by making a false claim, claiming to be something you are not, then perjuring yourself in the process, where everything you claimed was all based on hearsay evidence because no one in that court exists that has any firsthand knowledge of you BEING some NAME!

Even most attorneys are ignorant of this stuff and of the ones that do know cannot help you with this because their first duty and loyalty if to the court, NOT their client! And if they ever tried to expose this truth in any court they would lose their bar card faster than you could shake a stick! The courts are NOT there to provide JUSTICE for the people! They are only there as a means to rape, plunder and pillage the credit from the people. The Judge is nothing but a debt collector. Every single case no matter how small or minor or how big, every single one of they are bonded where the court makes money from it. And it is all found in the CRIS reports where they have stashed hundreds of BILLIONS made off the credit of the people. The bigger the case, the longer the prison sentence, the more they make off the case!

Think about it. Whenever there is a real crime that involves a real injury to one of the people, they prosecute the person, then the court makes MILLIONS off bonding that case where they send the person to prison for 10 - 20 years, then the STATES gives you a slap on the back acting proud like you got justice served today! Really? Well since you were the victim, then WHY is the court keeping the MILLIONS being made off that bond created instead of you the victim getting that money? The court isn't the victim. They were not damaged in anyway. They are already paid and funded for, so why are they keeping all the BILLIONS being made of the people through bonding their cases and the victims are left with nothing for their damages other than a slap on the back how they got justice because the person went to prison?

There have been a few that have had success with David's executor letter, but most that have tried it has not. I even used it on a couple of things had got no results with it. And it appears David hasn't been much help in his follow ups to help people having problems with this. From I heard anyone questioning him on his he is quick to ban them from his site.

As for the all caps name that has been the main argument out there with most of the gurus teaching their methods, but I believe the all caps issue is a non-issue because the spelling does not matter. I believe the STATE claims the Name regardless of it's spelling and in the courts it doesn't matter how you spell it.

Some will say to separate the Name from the all caps Name with the real man Name to spell the real man Name by.... :John-Doe: [smith]

Well in the courts it won't matter. Whether the Name appears as JOHN SMITH, JOHN DOE SMITH, John Smith, John Doe Smith, :John-Doe: [smith], john smith, john-doe smith.....none of this matters nor does it change anything. As far as the courts are concerned as long as it appears to be the same or sounds the same, then it is the Name being charge.

CJS 65 Section 4 Idem Sonans:

With respect to names, the phrase “idem sonans” means of the same sound. Under the doctrine of idem sonans absolute accuracy in spelling names is not required in legal documents or proceedings; a mistake in the spelling of a name is immaterial if both modes of spelling have the same sound and appearance. Thus, if a name, as spelled in a legal document, though different from its correct spelling, conveys to the ear, when pronounced according to the commonly accepted method, a sound practically identical to the correct name as commonly pronounced, then the name thus given is sufficient identification of the individual referred to, and no advantage can be taken of the clerical error, and absolute accuracy in spelling names is not required in civil or criminal proceedings where the names sound the same such that an attentive ear finds difficulty in distinguishing them when pronounced. Great latitude is allowed in the pronunciation and spelling of proper names, since proper names are often spelled differently, although pronounced the same. The doctrine of idem sonans is normally utilized only with regard to similar personal names.

If names sound alike, or if common usage has made their pronunciation identical, they are regarded as the same and a variance of their spelling is immaterial, unless it is such as misleads a person to his prejudice, or the misspelling transforms the name into a wholly distinct appellation.

a mistake in the spelling of a name is immaterial if both modes of spelling have the same sound and appearance.

CJS Book 65 Part III. Assumed or Fictitious Name, Section 14 Trust and trustees. Trust cannot adopt a name, but trustees may adopt name or names for transacting business, executing contracts, or suing and being sued.

Also, a Name is just a fiction and courts can hear cases pertaining to other fictions. So the use of any Name they can see you as the fiction. This means you can never submit any type of documents into their courts because in order to submit anything you must sign that document and once you sign a document you submit into their courts you just claimed that name you signed to the document. So why even get yourself caught in that trap when you never have to submit anything into the court if they have no jurisdiction over you the Man?

Anything that pertains to you having to appear is only by MISTAKE. So the only thing you need to do is just appear to point out they made a MISTAKE and to help them clear up the matter.

In their fictional world they can only see, hear, recognize or acknowledge fictions. Any attempt to go in their and try to tell them you are not a fiction and you are flesh and blood living man won't work because anything you say or present as being a Man they will not, see it, will not hear it, will not recognize it, and will not acknowledge it. They CAN'T because they can't deal with the living man or woman. So any attempt to point this out will only fall on deaf ears and blind eyes within their fictional world.

Think of this way. Suppose the cops showed up one day to arrest your neighbor but they instead areested you by MISTAKE because they mistakened you for your neighbor? Would you waist your time by submitting any type of documents tinto the court over this? Or would you simply appear and say, hey, there has been a MISTAKE? You are not your neighbor and they most certainly would not be able to prove you are your neighbor. So what is there for you to even plea? That ain't YOU! There has been a MISTAKE! What EVIDENCE do you have that I am Joe Blow my Neighbor?

Well it is basically the exact same thing when they charge the STATE created fictional legal Name AKA the legal "person" or "individual". That ain't ME! I'm ME. That Name is the Name. I'm ME!

Some are claiming you can take back the Name and some claim you can copyright the Name and then bill them for any use of the Name without your consent. Well I don't agree on those claims because one, if the STATE created that fictional Name, and the STATE holds the legal title to that Name they created, then how can you just take it back when it never belonged to you? Some argue that, well it was my given Name by mother and they took it from me at birth without any full disclosure. Well did they really do that? Or could they have just created their own corporate fictional Name that just happens to be the same Name you were given? Remember, in their world everything is fiction. There are no laws that prevent anyone from taking the same name as someone else. If there were, there would not be a thousand different John Smith's running around. So the STATE could create as many corporate fictional John Smith's as the want. You can't just go take their Name that they created just because they isuue you a Certified COPY that is merely a CERTIFICATE of the Name for your personal USE. Could you go take the drivers license and social security card making the same argument? Of course not. It their property, it belongs to them, they own it. You merely USE it because that is the only Name you can USE in order to be able to function in their fictional world. It is there for your USE for the mutual benefit of both, you and the STATE. The STATE benefits because it allows all property to be transferred to it through it's STATE created issued Name they let you USE. It benefits you because in exchange of your USE of that Name and transferring all property to the STATE for their use to securitize and profit off of, it allows you the USE of all that property while the STATE generates the profits from that property to be able to pay all your bills and its bills. Everyone wins. Only they have not been honoring both sides of this set up and instead they have been stealing all our credit that is suppose to be used to offset and discharge all our debts owed. As a result of their theft and failure to honor their side, we now have a debt in excess of $650 TRILLION which all credit that they have stolen from We the People.

The other problem now is, could you just imagine if they were to actually come clean and inform the people of all this and the proper way they are suppose to be getting their bills settled? Especially after decades of dumbing the masses down and making them become so dependant on government handouts? What do you think the majority of those people would do if they knew the government is suppose to be taking care of all their bills and that they don't need money to buy anything with because everything has already been paid for by our labor? I envision mass hoarding as most of thiese lost souls rush to the stores hoarding everything they could grab because they think everything is free and they can just take everything they want. They would let greed take them over to have everything their wants desire instead of being responsible and only taking just what they really NEED to survive with. Then there would be masses thinking because they can just have whatever they need then they no longer have to work. That would crash the entire system.

Now imagine if everyone knew the truth, and were responsible where they understand you still have to work, but everything you need is there for your USE where money is not needed because we already paid for everything with our labor. There would not be any class warfare going on because no matter what you did for a living, everyone has the same right of USE as anyone else does. This would mean instead of having to take jobs you hate, everyone could take jobs they love where everyone is happy instead of miserable. People that wanted to be doctors would become doctors because they love to practice medicine to help people instead those that become doctors because of the money to be made from it. No more healthcare problems. No more big corporations being greedy over pricing drugs, or other goods and services, because there is no money and everything is based on credit and debt. The only reason we even use these federal reserve notes today that we were never even authorized to use as a people, is because of their greed for wanting to take all our wealth from the people and gain the power and control over the masses.
