I heard something similar, but I found it interesting that the two currencies I hear about most - dinar and dong - were not a part of that. HopefulTxn Posted May 18, 2011 Report Share Posted May 18, 2011 The biggest problem is that people have been made to believe that currency value changes in the UN Operational Rates of Exchange means an 'RV'... It's not... Even if you look at their disclaimer on the UN site it is solely for their internal record keeping... That list is simply how they charge countries for their dues, programs, etc... A country's currency may change due to market fluctuations and is simply updated, up to twice a month (regular schedule), to reflect those market changes...
