thanks for the post- this topic is so true! I have a friend who works for the feds and he says that they are on a "continueing Resolution". this means the budget for the fiscal 2011 year has not been approved. He also said that they had gotten a memo from Eric Holder about hiring freezes first to hold off from doing furrlows for the Department of Justice. so the budget must be approaved by March31st.
