Article 40 to the Ministers and heads of non-associated with the Ministry and Governors and heads of local councils and municipalities and stakeholders implementing this law.

Article 41 to Federal Finance Minister to issue the necessary instructions to facilitate the implementation of this law

Article 42 of this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette and implemented as of 1/January 2011

This is only a part of the 2011 Budget.

Think.

Remember our budget proposals for USA, its like a 1000 pages.

I have been trying to find a copy of the complete 2011 Budget proposal but nothing is released yet as they are still making changes to it I guess. But will keep searching.

I assume it must be dinar instead of dollars because that is some seriously large figures...like enough to build a whole infrastructure/country. I will research. GO RV in 2010!!!
