To make this more clear..this is how it seems to have went down. Kaperoni emailed the news that posted the article yesterday about the poverty stuff...went like this.

Article-Conscious / Ministry of Planning: Launch of the national strategy for poverty alleviation in Iraq Thursday‏ From: Michael Kaperoni (XXXXXXXX@hotmail.com) Sent: Wed 1/13/10 8:53 PM To: info@al-iraqnews.net; imu_org@yahoo.com; press.hader@yahoo.com Do you think this is an announcement of the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar? Thank you, Michael Kaperoni

And they answered him like this
