Maybe this is why they're stockpiling the supposed billions and not giving it to their people, in order to pay off the debt's in full, with what it sounds like they have in reserve (which we gave them) they could more than likely pay off all their debt's in full, then again.....when will we get our money back? Part of their plan maybe?? <_<

Does anyone know if that "one of Iraq's debt in full" refers to it's war reparations debt to Kuwait?

True. A lot of it has been forgiven but they still owe Kuwait and Saudi Arabia about $200 billion... most of it to Kuwait; and Kuwait wants to get paid!

I believe they just paid the last of the 22 billion owed to Kuwait , according to an article I read last week!

and 400 million to U.S.
