REMEMBER, no one really  knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... So, take everything with a grain of salt ... :twothumbs: RON

 

 

Militia Man  How are you going to finance one of the biggest world projects at 1310 when your valuation of your country is far greater than any other country in the region per kilometer? ...What value are they going to use to value the operational side of of the budget for 2023 and investment side for 2023? ...If they haven't gone to a private sector at 1310, obviously there's a circumstance that suggests they're not going to into a private sector at 1310...

I really hate to side with the Pimpster, but Iraq'a budget IS the biggest it's been ever.  Maybe they budgeted that amount BECAUSE they knew that was the amount of dinars it would take to do all this? IDK????  Does anyone, besides this pumper, have a good reason why they can't do all this with their budget?

SK finances big construction projects all around the globe, has one of the biggest economies in the Far East & with an ER of 1,400 Won to 1 USD.
