Our correspondent indicated that the buying and selling prices have decreased in the exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad, where the selling price reached 147,500 Iraqi dinars for every 100 US dollars, while the buying prices amounted to 145,500 Iraqi dinars for every 100 US dollars.

 

In Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, the price of the dollar also decreased, as the selling price reached 146,700 dinars against the dollar, and the purchase price reached 146,650 dinars against 100 dollars.

 What happens when buying and selling price are the same ,within fractions of a penny ? While IQD is not traded on Forex , did Presidential order #13303 allow US citizens to purchase iqd  in spite of sanctions imposed by the US on Iraq in 2003?

back in the early days it was debated if that specifically was what 13303 was completely about dinar salesmen always stated it was but IDK , USA banks sold iqd circulated and uncirculated it was ok to purchase , until they were inundated with iqd speculators asking about a iqd exchange rate increase every minute of the day ....
