His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, accompanied by the Iraqi delegation, met with the regional representative of the World Bank, Mr. (Farid Belhaj) and his executive team, as part of a series of meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund in Washington.
The meeting dealt with discussing the reality of the Iraqi banking sector and promoting the concept of financial inclusion in the country through special programs with international institutions. government for reform in this vital sector.

It's easy for the Iraqi powers that be, to pontificate non-stop about the financial where-with-all, while the working man/woman continues to suffer and live in caveman conditions. Realizing not everyone wants a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Just to be safe,  warm, families able to care for each other and elders. While I definitely can use and tickled when RVs, I think of the locals and no head of state there caring beyond own pocketbook.
