Price depends also on the part of the country where one lives....In tourist cities  it's high ( Venice etc)...Here in Trento a simple coffee is around EUR 1.20 ( more if you want a more complex variation...there are lots to pick ).....In the South ( where cost of living is less or even much less) price could even be as low as 75c
