The real reason that Allawi may have gone to Russia and Kuwait was because Malaki who is the functioning PM right now and who may be preparing for his second term is too busy.

Trips like this are done by Talibani all of the time.

Just look at the US....most meetings deals and interaction with other heads of state is not done by Obama but Hillarious Clinton.

So as far as we know Allawi is about to be the next "Hillarious Clinton" of Iraq and will do erands for Maliki.

Things are not as they seem....but the truth is about to be made clear.
