Al-Jubouri said, "We are happy when we are in Erbil to discuss with the specialists in the Ministry of Commerce in the region the important files related to the services provided by the ministry, as well as addressing joint files between the two sides, in the light of which joint committees were formed that lay down a road map for developing work joints and finding solutions. And he added, "The meeting discussed the issue of targeting on the issue of the ration card, and stressed the Iraqi government's keenness that targeting in the ration card be for the poor and the needy, and that families who are not in the poverty line are excluded because of their high salaries, and this is his responsibility on the commercial departments and ministries of the region in order to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of those included.
