On Monday, the first findings from an independent fact-finding mission commissioned by the UN’s Human Rights Council found that “murder, enslavement, torture, imprisonment, rape, persecution and other inhumane acts committed against migrants [in Libya] form part of a systematic and widespread attack directed at this population, in furtherance of a state policy” which may amount to crimes against humanity

Thug, killer, monster..A sort of Pol Pot ( Cambodia bloody dictator, who had a degree in philosphy but then claimed he was going to reduce Cambodia population of 7M  to a 1M of real ( in his personal idea of it) of real Comunists if that was the price to pay in order to achieve his goal....)

 

He mistrusted( and killed a lot of them) all intellectuals and men/ women with a minimal level of culture, education.....OR put them in concentration camps for " re-education"...If one spoke one or more foreign languages....That was the end for them

 

nd he was an intellectual ..Had studied in Paris  at the Sorbonne University if I'm not mistaken
