Al-Kaabi urges the blocs to vote on the "borrowing} law: There is no substitute for the 2021 budget
  
 

Mr. Hassan Karim Al Kaabi, First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, urges the parliamentary blocs to vote on the fiscal deficit law for the purpose of ending the problem of salaries of employees and retirees and social welfare networks. 
Al-Kaabi calls on the parliamentary blocs to stay away from the political auctions that affect the citizen's sustenance under whatever name. 
Al-Kaabi: There is no substitute for the 2021 budget, and the parliamentary blocs can put in place what they see appropriate as projects to advance the service, health and other vital sectors.
