Interesting, you say that your account was reactivated but you did not receive a new password? In my experience, your account is reactivated WHEN you get a new password. Anything like that has never happened to me.

Yep, account was reactivated and password is invalid.

Did you ask for a new password when you requested your account to be reactivated?

Sent email request every day for new temporary password for 2 weeks, no reply.

I'm thinking of sending the same email like 100 times the same morning just before they open. That way I'll know he's seen it. Of course he may be dead for all I know.... They might ALL be dead!
