However the bottom half is somewhat made up a bit.

I watched the meeting in full on web cast.

The top text has times relating to the comments, bottom half doesnt which indicates its made up of bits & bobs

The dead give away to the bottom half is

Great Post!!! I think it sounds like part of the process, not necessarily "delay" even though we have to wait for results. (UN report/response to request to be released from Ch7. The fact that there were no apparent conflicts in the meeting is a very positive outcome!!! Thanks for sharing Sunshinelvr! You're awesome!
