Either they get such opportunities, or they turn into a negative stream, so we have a time bomb that could explode at any moment, if not We hurry to dismantle them.

Certainly, it is achieved through the creation of a genuine partnership between the public and private sectors, a partnership dominated by confidence, away from the acquisition ..
