Investors SELLING Massive Amounts of Stock Since September and Has NOT Stopped! Who Is Buying?

People with money and possibly computerized trading software with floors on them. Those people are buying and selling. If this thing had RV'd at a decent rate or floated upwards to a decent rate I would be dipping my toes into that water. Buy good stocks that sold off do to market corrections. Let it rebound a dollar or more, sell it again . Buy when you feel said stock has reached is floor price, down from its high.
