accept article 8

stop auctions

implement the oil and gas law

educate the public about the smaller denoms

Bang the RV happen......

 

 

I agree DB.....that seems to be the checkpoints that needs for this thing to happen.....Lets see how long it takes to form the GOI first....hopefully not too long...
