That's the way I read it as well. I don't however think that this is a good sign toward an RV. Seems as though they are quite happy with the type of notes that they have issued. I don't see them bringing in smaller denominations but rather larger ones. I hope it is just a way to get the current notes off the street before the revalue at 1:1.
