President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani said he has during a visit to the Kurdish delegation to Baghdad to address the misunderstandings that existed with the federal government. 
Barzani said during a cabinet meeting of the provincial government that he has during his visit at the head of the Kurdish delegation to Baghdad and his meeting with Prime Minister Haidar Abadi address the misunderstandings that existed about the agreement between the two sides, adding that the Kurdistan Region is committed to the agreement as stated in the budget law. 
Barzani said he was submitting a proposal calculating the ratio of the export of oil province of Kurdistan every 3 months instead of the daily calculation, noting that if the government is committed Federal agreement, the Kurdistan Region will abide by them.

This agreement was included in passing of the Budget Law 2015..It just needs to be implemented....and Publicized

Demanded an MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Dry longings, on Friday, House Speaker Salim al declare its position on not sending the Kurdistan Regional staff salaries, while calling for the formation of a parliamentary committee to verify the existence of material liquidity with the government or not.

Dry said in a statement, "The House of Representatives Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, he has to take a serious stance on the federal government's failure to send the Iraqi state employees' salaries in the region under the pretext of lack of financial liquidity."

She dry, that "the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil included a paragraph Remember rights that are supposed to abide by the parties, but if breached one agreement, the other party will not be forced to abide by it," pointing out that "the House of Representatives voted on those paragraphs within the budget lawpublic. "

She went dry, "supposed to be the federal government to pay the salaries of the staff of the Kurdistan region in accordance with the agreement, but the reality does not refer to it," calling for "the formation of a parliamentary committee to verify the existence of material liquidity of the government or not."

He called the number of deputies from the Kurdistan Alliance on Monday (February 16, 2015), the federal government, regardless of the Kurdistan salaries like the Iraqi governorates, and considered cutting the salaries as a serious indicator is targeted for a living and lives of citizens.

He announced Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, in (November 13, 2015) from the central government's approval to resume the payment of salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region from the federal budget.

It just the opposite Saintsfan..they do have to...that why its referred to as Budget Law 2015
