DV will no doubt drastically change with you leaving. Personally I feel it would be selfish of me to ask you to stay, if you have decided to make such a drastic move, as to totally remove yourself from this site. As I said in your post - I believe this is - a more personal thing, than just not wanting to put up with the bad mouth of some people that come to this site. You must know how the majority of the people on this site feel about you and the information you bring to them.
