    Adam replied that he had talked with me a problem had been resolved. Wrong Johnnie and problem not resolved. Still not able to get into vip. Renewal went through my bank on 8/5.

    I tried several time to send it, and it came back with the same error. This is the e-mail I was trying to send. I renewed my vip and it went through my bank in the amount of $49.99 on August 5th. It is still showing my subscription as expired.

    Go to the top and clink on go to vip. It will tell you the different amounts to pay. Hope this helps. I never received anything. So I went ahead and renewed. It went through my bank account on 8/5.

    Thank you for the post and chat. I still don't have access to the VIP. I paid for the subscription and it went through my bank on 8/5/2010. This was a renewal.

    I renewed my VIP subscription on it was taken out of my bank account in the amount of $49.99, but it is still showing that it is expired. The name on my account is Johnnie Davidson and cleared on August 5th. Please help. I had the same problem last time when it was going through pay-pal.
