I've been watching XE.COM this past week. Its been jumping from 1134 to 1184 like a jumping bean. The dollar has gone down a little today, nothing major.

Really nothing to cause these fluctuations! Anyone have an opinion on this?

The market rate was 1238 today

The official exchange rate is still 1166 at the cbi

Monday the market rate was 1250

The official exchange rate at the cbi doesn't change from. 1166

Xe does not deal in dinar

DL, good post and I think you are correct in your assessment  ...really, until there is an announced rate change by the CBI...we are still in the dark  ...but I do think there are some positive indicators...but no actual indicators of a change in value, and the only actual indicator will be a sudden announcement coming out of the CBI...it'll just be there whenever they decide to pull the trigger (they being the CBI).  imo

Some fluctuate within 50 points in a day too.
