Hama: increase the draft budget for 2015 articles of the law to become 60 instead of 41

BAGHDAD / Source News / .. revealed the parliamentary finance committee member Ahmed Hama Rashid, an increase in the budget bill for 2015 materials to add material including material relating to the governorate of Halabja.

Rashid said in a statement seen by / Source News /, to offset increased 19 articles in addition to the 41 items to be 60 article, "noting that" among those new materials appropriation from the development of the regions of the province of Halabja budget as a new formation. "

He pointed out that "the Chairman of the Finance Committee, Ahmad Chalabi signed the report of the Committee on the budget to be sent to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives for presentation at today's meeting for a vote."

GM Wm13.  Ten days have already passed.  The interesting thing about this news was remember, there was only 41 articles in the 2015 Budget, now it appears they have added 19 more articles, which when the budget passes, will be signed into law.  I can't wait to find out what new articles have been added.  Also remember article 37 or 38 had not been disclosed when the budget was first announced to the public.

The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, on Thursday, that Iraq has not seen since 2003 to pass the federal budget bill within one month, praising the efforts of the Board to adopt the current year budget.

Jubouri said during the ninth meeting of the Council in the second legislative session devoted to the adoption of the budget, which was held this evening, and followed up with "Alsumaria News", "Iraq has not seen since 2003, passed the federal budget for the current year law within one month." 

 

He praised al-Jubouri, the "efforts of the members of Parliament to pass that led to the current year's budget."

The House voted during its meeting held on Thursday evening (January 29, 2015), the draft federal budget for the current year worth in excess of Al119 trillion dinars and a deficit of about 25 trillion, while the voice to determine the price of a barrel of oil in the general budget for 2015 on the basis of 56 dollars.

Things are definitely sounding good! Will be so glad when this "budget" thing is done with and then they can move on to the next thing.

 

It will be a good and long over due result for the Iraqi people.

 

Let's hope it helps to put some pep-in-their-step so they can get everything else done at a much quicker pace. Then maybe, just maybe things will be more favorable for a possible RV.

 

I know a lot of people get all crazy about the budget and it is indeed needed and exciting to watch take place but, it isn't necessarily needed for a RV. I definitely don't think it will magically bring a RV which some do believe. There have been budgets before and so, just a reminder so people don't get all upset or disappointed when it doesn't happen after the budget is done.

 

With that siad, I do believe things are looking better than they have ever in regards to a RV but, we just have to hang on and stay grounded.
