Hmm, I remember hearing that one man could not stop all this and the blame goes to the kurds, allawi, hashemi and all of maliki's enemies ( the good folks, IMO), what say you?  All this progress of laws, ministers, cabinet, cooperation, and telling Iran to but out happens when "ONE MAN" is taken out of power.  NEVER underestimate the enemy and/or a wanna be dictator.
