Nelg
Haider Abadi will be able to form a new government. Those pushing the envelope will see that most of their "demands" will be discussed and decided upon by the other members. Total agreement will never happen within any government, but concessions will be made and partial agreements will be reached. Within two years they will still be debating some issues. Now hows that for a "horrible-scope" answer?
uncirculd
We knew it would not be easy. There are some diehards maliki supporters who still think there is a chance for maliki (their meal ticket) then there are those who have been oppressed for the last 8 years and are hell bent about standing their ground in having a plural government. Not to mention all the chaos maliki is creating right now with his shia militias blowing stuff up, and I am not so sure that isis isn't funded by him either. Till he is out of that country, it will be very delicate for Abadi to take the bull by the horns.
