Iraq participates in the Conference "the INTOSAI" in China for the development of financial control

The federal financial control Bureau announced Sunday, his participation in the Conference "representation" to be held in China to develop oversight, considering the opportunity to exchange experiences and views and discuss important technical topics.

The "Chief Abdel Basset Turki headed a delegation to participate in INTOSAI in China for the period from 19 to 27 October.

The Congress is the highest authority of INTOSAI and is held every three years ", adding that the Conference" will be an opportunity for all members of the Organization to exchange experiences and views and discuss important technical topics, as well as to make proposals and take decisions for the improvement and development of financial control.

"The representatives of the United Nations, the World Bank and other international organizations will participate in the Conference."

He noted that "several meetings for committees of INTOSAI held on the sidelines of the Conference, including committees, institutional capacity building, and environmental auditing, to discuss the periodic reports and follow-up activities to the benefit of supervisory work, and would Bureau in some of them."

The international organization of Supreme Audit "INTOSAI, Central Organization for external public financial control, of 50 years a framework and structure for the exchange of information and experiences in order to improve oversight of public finance at international level.

Largest ever INCOSAI around the corner

The on-site registration of XXI INCOSAI 2013 has kicked off in the China National Convention Center (CNCC), Beijing, China on Oct. 17th.  According to the on-line registration beforehand, 686 delegates and accompanying persons from 160 Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs), 3 Associate Members and 22 Observers* will attending the 5-day Congress of INTOSAI(International Organization for Supreme Audit Institutions), making it the largest INCOSAI in history.

The XXI INCOSAI is hosted by National Audit Office of the People’s Republic of China (CNAO) from 22 to 26 October 2013. 

A Beijing Declaration themed “Promotion of Good Governance by Supreme Audit Institutions”is expected to release as theonly official achievement of the congress, and the two technical themes to be discussed during the congress are:
    --National Audit and National Governance;
    --The Role of Supreme Audit Institutions on Safeguarding Long-Term Sustainability of Finance Policies.

According to the agenda of the XXI INCOSAI, the 64th and 65th Meeting of INTOSAI Governing Board will be held respectively before and after China takes over Chair of INTOSAI on the opening ceremony. 

Furthermore, as an official program, a festive ceremony in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of INTOSAI will be held.


With the motto of “Mutual Experience Benefits All”, INTOSAI was founded in 1953. It has now developed into the second largest organization in the world, only after the United Nations, with 191 full members and 4 associated members. Its Congress, which is the supreme body of INTOSAI, is held every third year in a different country. The Governing Board, consisting of 18 member SAIs, is accountable to the membership.

CBI & delegation just finished up with their first meeting with G20 in Washington a week ago, now the CBI is getting audited.

INTOSAI meeting will finish up on the 27th.

There are two ISO's that I'm aware of

 

1. Iraq's Country Code ISO established June 28, 2013 (day after release of ch.7) http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publications/ifim/country_info/PDF/IQ.pdf

2. The ISO code for the IQD 4217 http://www.exchangerate.com/currency-iso/iraqi-dinar-IQD.html

The new iraqi dinar nid was put into circulation in October 15,2003 thru January 15 ,2004

A ten year plan would be over

An audit to see where they are maybe

Hopfully it was just a ten year plan and its coming to an end

October 2013 is 10 years

It would of been hard to make future projections for Iraq in 2003

There was no way to figure out where they would be at that time

Then they would have to wait till after the allied forces left Iraq in charge of itself 2012 last troops left

Then they release them from chapter 7

And maybe at this time they can project Iraqis future capabilities As far as oil production

Now maybe its possible to set the rate according to Iraqis GDP/ GNP

Maybe using projection figures of a half a million increase each year till they reach their goal what ever it is
