The dinar has already gone up in value since this began, albeit a "small" amount according to us speculators.  I personally believe the value will continue to increase and maybe, just maybe it will make a 1000x jump.

 When it does, nobody will be buying my dinars from me.  However,  I will finally be able to buy things with my dinars.

I'm just wondering WHO stands to gain the most from keeping the IQD value as low as it is now?
