Out right TREASON!   You see I ain't worried they can't finance an RV.  This guy has been stealing more money than the US spends in a day.  Not really, but close.  Wow, think about this.  He's been doing this for years and not millions, billions.  So he most likely has trillions.  That sure will be a lot of money on an RV.  He needs to go to jail and his son and his minister goons, and then return the "OIL" money to the citizens.  That sure would be one heck of a lump sum if they go back and take all that money he has stolen.  Not to mention what assets he has bought with some of the money.  My goodness, he's rampant and totally out of control.   I can't believe he thought he could get away with it.  I guess he thought if he got caught he would kill the witnesses.  Well, he tried but Rafi Isaawi is still alive.  Maliki has been trying to arrest him for some time.  Simply amazing.  He's already gotten rid of Shabibi.
